I just won $200 did a withdrawal but unsure if I will recieve it. My acct still shows $200 to gamble with??

Email has been sent to support/assistant. I will not gamble on site again if my withdrawal isn't approved. There is no bonus used so there shouldn't be any issue.

I hope you get a response. I literally have been waiting over a month to get any kind of reply to the messages I sent them. I'm afraid there may not be anyone there except to collect deposits. The rating should be lowered.

Hello, how long have you been waiting for the withdrawal ? Do you have a verified casino account ? I think you have done well if you want to know how it is with the withdrawal and therefore more information. I would also definitely recommend not to play with the money until you know what is needed, that is also a good point you have made. 

Could you let us know what you found out and what the casino replied ? The casino is fresh so far so we don't know that much about it, but according to the user reviews, which are 4, I have seen that the players had negative experiences before.

I firmly believe that you will be the one to break this curse.

Hi, since you are waiting so long for an answer, do you have the withdrawal and therefore the money that is in the player's account ? Do you also have a verified casino account ?

I ve sent many emails no reply or withdrawal request fulfilled. I'm very disappointed and at this point will not be playing in this site any more, suggest no one does, you will not recieve your winnings. I started with a request for my $200 winnings, but gambled some again and now only have $100 available. They have no prob taking your money but don't honour your winnings. This is absolutely disgusting. Site needs to be taken down so no one else is sucked into loosing any winnings.

Hi Jaro, as I stated in my review I made several deposits but then wanted to speak with someone via email or chat before making any further deposits to inquire about verification ect. No live chat was available at any point and the messages they asked to be left remain unanswered to this day over a month later. I sent several. To think a casino can just sit there and be non responsive but collect deposits seems pretty shady in my books.

I definitely recommend not to play with money. We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, so if nothing changes in that time and you still don't hear back from the casino, then you can file a complaint with us. 

However, if you lose all your money we will not be able to help you. 

Anyway, is your withdrawal pending or has the casino cancelled it? Your account is already verified?

Yes, I would feel the same way as you if I'm honest and the casino would lose credibility in my eyes. I assume you don't play there anymore, am I right?

No I don't play there anymore. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and thought to connect with a real person before making any more deposits. I don't like throwing money into the wind not knowing if I have even a chance of ever making a withdrawal. There doesn't seem to be anyone interested in communicating with players thus far.

Yes. I agree. I'm very disappointed with this casino. Even more upsetting is they are getting away with it. Still have $100 now available for withdrawal and I ve with drawn it or trying to and message says I will recieve email and confirmation of etransfer of funds. Nothing yet..been days.

It's good that you trusted your instincts when they set up problems. Sometimes you save yourself the trouble beforehand and it's always good to try things like you mentioned before you play somewhere. The player then has at least some idea of how things might work in a particular casino, because if the communication fails from the start, it's probably not a good sign. 🤔🤷‍♂️

So sorry to hear this, but I completely understand. I believe this is how sites like this thrive by making it difficult to connect to be verified or withdraw and it's not fair. Don't be hard on yourself.
