Here's how it works. Every time you make a withdrawal, they crash, telling you that our banking partner's system is overloaded. You contact support and they reply that you will receive an answer within 72 hours. After that, they send you an email informing you that your account has been banned for alleged fraud.

You can try contacting support. If it's blocked, you have to log in anonymously. But this house is a scam.

Yes it is true that the seals should be removed. However, there are many casinos that have them and yet they are unlicensed. So it's probably up to the players to be aware of such a thing and if a casino has a fake license, it would raise a warning finger for me. 

I'm sorry, and if nobody answers you, there's probably not much you can do about it. But I would recommend at least to file a complaint even if it doesn't solve anything, at least the casino will get black points which will make its safety index even lower. It's probably the only satisfaction for the player, although I know it's not much. 

I wish it had turned out differently. 😕

Since August 8th I made a withdrawal in CBET through cryptocurrencies (Lite Coin) to my Mercado Pago account, the transaction appeared "in process" and it lasted more than a month. I sent three emails to support and they didn't help me, I even sent two more and they didn't answer me. The bot on the page only redirects me to send emails. I cancelled the transaction and decided to make it by bank transfer but the same thing happened and it continues "in process". My account is already verified and I have played the necessary amount to make withdrawals. Could someone help me or tell me who to contact for assistance, please?

In Brazil there is a complaint platform called (reclame aqui) where cbet is located. I made several complaints there and to this day I complain to affect the reputation and make new players avoid the platform.

The service manager Gabriel contacted me saying that he would return my initial deposit if I deleted all the complaints against them. But I always denied it, because I hadn't done anything wrong with my bets. They accused me of "Latte betting", which is when I know the outcome of a game before it starts.

But every day new players fall, because there are always new complaints about blocked accounts and withheld money.
