There was no verification requested but if it’s needed I do have everything they might ask. They said that they have forwarded my request to their department to process it as fast as possible. But if they process 1 withdrawal a week it will take forever to get the whole amount, which I guess is what they want in the hope I will lose some(or all) while I wait and play.
Well, the limit is €500 per day, so they should stick to it, of course.
Please keep us informed about how it goes, and if necessary, we could try to intervene.
And, of course, please stay away from playing; it is really risky, and you really could lose your winnings. 🙏
Thanks for the advise but I did play. My total winnings have gone up and I stopped. Nothing yet but they keep saying that the withdrawal will be processed soon. I have 3 pending withdrawals 2 of which are past the 3 business days period. The third one will be due on Monday. I don’t think it’s OK to process 1 withdrawal every 10 days (weekends included) as it will literally take 1 year!
It surely is not okay at all. Please let us know on Monday how the situation stands, and hopefully we'll be able to do something.

A quick update: the withdrawal has partially been processed — I received €1,000 over the weekend, but the full amount has not yet been completed. I’ll keep monitoring the situation closely.
Since this thread is about Cazimbo, I’d also like to share my personal view so far as a player. Technically, the slots I tried worked perfectly, with the expected RTP and smooth gameplay. However, the main issue is clearly with withdrawals: the process takes too long and creates unnecessary stress for the player.
This is only my personal opinion based on my own experience (having played at many casinos before), but I think it’s important to highlight that Cazimbo seems to have significant delays in paying out winnings.
Hopefully the rest of the withdrawal will be processed soon, and I’ll update again once it’s fully resolved.

Hi there, I‘m also having issues with my 3 withdrawals of €800 each. All of those transactions are pending since the 12th 13th and 14th October. I have chatted with the customer support multiple times but got the same response over and over again that they are currently dealing with a high demand. What is even more frustrating is that they can‘t give me a rough timeframe regarding the withdrawal. I filed a complaint which I have already send them. Let‘s see how long it will take.
And what about filing your complaint here? Our team will try to get in touch with the casino to find out what exactly is going on there, because it really has been a long time now.

thank you for the fast reply. I actually got the Mail 2 hours ago that my funds have been transferred to my bank account successfully.
I have withdrawn funds there before and my account was fully verified.
However, this casino really needs to work on their speed to withdraw funds as this is super frustrating and ulitmately leads to loss of customers. I don‘t think that I will play there again.
