The live chat says the finance department is working on the payout. So if you start working on it, how can it take so long? Logically, it doesn't make any sense. I really had hoped for more and after my payout works, whenever it happens, I probably won't play there anymore, unless there's another surprise and someone answers my emails!! And sends the money in a reasonable amount of time. As I said, the screenshot and the reality seem to be different.

mit einer schnellen Auszahlung was aber nicht der Fall ist . Ich habe 5000 Euro eingezahlt und will gerade 5000 abheben habe all Kyc gemacht und nochmal sogar zusätzlich per Mail geschickt . Auf emails wird komplett nicht reagiert . Beide Abteilungen Support email und Kyc E-Mail haben während der 3 Tage nicht geantwortet .

Hello, I've already made three withdrawals of €50, €80, and €240. The longest one took five days. Right now, I have a larger withdrawal pending for four days, but they're not answering the phone either.
