Well, I see it differently if a casino advertises fast payouts and gets all the data. The payout should be significantly faster.

It is a KYC verification that runs automatically and after uploading the bank details everything should be ready!!

First of all, WikiLuck promotes with a quick payout, which is not the case. I deposited 5000 euros and just want to withdraw 5000. I did all the KYC and even sent it again by email. There is no response to emails at all. Both departments, support email and KYC email, did not respond during the 3 days.

The live chat says the finance department is working on the payout. So if you start working on it, how can it take so long? Logically, it doesn't make any sense. I really had hoped for more and after my payout works, whenever it happens, I probably won't play there anymore, unless there's another surprise and someone answers my emails!! And sends the money in a reasonable amount of time. As I said, the screenshot and the reality seem to be different.

I believe that if they really advertise fast payouts, they should keep their promise. If the KYC is done and everything is okay, you should be getting your money as soon as possible. Don't forget also that there are some different processing times for each payment method, so we cannot say exactly what the time should be to process the payment in general.
