So to sum up, I go to the "purple casino" site where I deposit 100 euros with an attractive 200% welcome bonus offer. Already 1st surprise, after having deposited I do not have the 200 euros in +. I said to myself that maybe I had forgotten to tick the box, but it seemed very curious to me since I was sure I had done it, in short I wanted to go ask for it in the live chat, but the 2nd surprise , they do not have any ! Very curious again, and at this moment, I feel the sleeve arrived at 1000 km. I send an email or I have no response in 2 days. I decide to play the 100 eu, I go up to 200 eu and decide to cashout. 5 days later, a brief message to tell me that it is canceled and that it is necessary to cashout 250 euros minimum lol. Ok, I play and manage to reach this amount, I cash out so 250 eu, but it's been 13 days that it's been pending, nothing happens, I've sent messages by email, no one answers such point that I wonder if this email address exists. So AVOID THIS SCAMMER SITE, unless you love giving your money to thieves. They never deserve 5.1/10 , 0/10 is the real number Peace.

From my point of view purple casino is a good scam. Directly deposit on their website to carry out some tests, without bonuses or anything similar. With a bit of luck I was able to get to $450 and when it comes to withdrawing, you're always supposed to go through support to get your withdrawal approved. I have been waiting a month to withdraw the money and it is more than clear that they will not pay me. Therefore, I write this comment so that no one falls into this casino when there are thousands of better and safer casinos to play.

i recently registered to casino purple and it asked for my card details for registration which i supplied - it then took €50 out of my account £43 with no authority and will not allow me to withdraw back.


there is no live chat and i have emailed 10x with no response please may you help?

Yes this company is a rip off that needs closing down ripped me off time ago will delete your account and still have the cheek to txt you daily with stupid offers there is no way to contact them leave as many messages as you like they will never reply believe me I have been trying for over a year the have no live chat or contact details and ps when you do sign up with you will get scam calls suddenly from various fools which is to coincidental


don’t ever give them your details avoid like the plague

I have seen the very low should be very dangerous in my opinion

Hi all never looked into this site as I’ve never had an issue like this before with playing online.I’m going to make more waves with this company and find other means to discredit them as they do rip a lot of customers off.
