I've been watching this casino and it has a pretty low safety index. So if your experience is positive could you describe it a bit more and more specifically? 

What is so good about this casino? 

In contrast, my experience with Casino Intense has been very disappointing. They have blocked me on the live chat, and they don’t reply to my emails requesting account closure. From my point of view, this feels like extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.

I simply expected clear communication and proper support, but instead I’ve been left without answers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

I'm not familiar with the details, though casinos should truly work hard on providing clear communication. That's basically the most esseial part and even leaving customers should be taken care of.
