I haven't received a response from the licensing authority yet, and I don't expect to, since they simply can't intervene without a valid license or with a fake license. I contacted the casino many times, but I've stopped now because I want to save myself the hassle. You can be sure that a casino with a fake license will never voluntarily pay out winnings. My withdrawal has been in an unchanged "in progress" state for 7 weeks. The only "consolation" in this matter is that the cashbox chatbot "asserts that the casino is reliable and the delay is due to the protection and safety of the players"...I have developed a really "safe" state of mind when cashbox "protects" me....😅
The casino review is already on our site. However, you might not be able to see it due to regulations in your country. From what I can tell you, if you have the option to use a VPN here, do so, and you’ll be able to view all the casinos.
As for the casino itself, it has a terrible safety rating, so it’s definitely one of the worse ones.
If I were in your shoes, I’d probably try opening a complaint, but I can’t imagine how that would turn out. It would be good, though, since you’d likely be the first to at least see whether the casino will communicate with us or not.
