Yes, this is not possible unless the casino review is published. The complaints are in the system, but on the front end, those are aligned with a concrete casino review page. Direct links should, however, work:

Thanks for the link. Let's see if cashbox reacts and responds to the complaint. I could post screenshots of chat conversations where cashbox says...."there is no reason to suspect fraud and the casino pays players' withdrawals. In the official database, cashbox casino has no unpaid player withdrawals"
We do not have much to do for now; I see it the same way.
Please feel free to post it here if that works for you. Sure thing. Once the casino review is visible, the complaints will be easiest to spot, all in one place. Then we can all compare that information.

If cashbox is the same company as, for example, Mrthrills.com casino, the guru will probably get the same answer....from cashbox casino..."we do not cooperate with casinoguru"

Same here. I'm really wondering what the next step is to get the casino to react. What do you think about the responsibility of payment processors, visa, mastercard skrill etc.....these enable deposits to the casino....do you think they are involved in criminal activity?
Is the "Paolo28" complaint trackable? The "Richmanvxx" complaint window is closing. ( cashbox chatbot reported...." it is not known to be a crime to leave withdrawals unpaid " )
