Hello, initially it looked like the casino was going to get the starter rating, but now it seems that our colleague found a few problematic points and the future rating has lowered to red numbers. The withdrawal I made over 2 weeks ago has not progressed, and the casino does not answer processing/withdrawal questions. The site promises withdrawals within 24-48 hours, when you make a withdrawal, the chatbot reports 7-21 days, when it is full, the chatbot reports 7-21 business days.... that is almost 5 weeks. The site works well and there are lots of bonuses etc. If the withdrawals worked, then it would be an above average casino. 2 weeks to process a withdrawal is unreasonable, let alone 4-5 weeks.... if that 🤔

You should file a complaint here so Casino Guru can help you. I did the same, and they're currently working on my withdrawal. They can then put pressure on the casino because they have a bad rating and aren't getting any new customers.
I couldn't find any complaints about cashbox casino on the guru's site. And the guru's review of cashbox hasn't been published yet.

Let's see how the situation progresses. Cashbox Casino has no customer service, and you can't contact them by email. The chat works as a digital assistant and is of no help in any matters. A withdrawal request of a few thousand euros has been "processed" for 5 weeks.....
It sounds quite dire, but I would still try the complaint straight away. Since you have been waiting for so long, I believe that in this case a complaint can easily start with an effort to contact the casino. Then we would see who actually "works" there.
