So it's mainly important not to lose a single penny, because that was a point of contention in the previous complaint, as I see. I understand that it doesn't look very encouraging. but it's important not to touch the money.

Hello, has anyone been able to withdraw funds from this casino's gaming account?

I just want to say that the best chance of getting an answer is in this official casino thread, random other forum threads probably won't help much. That's my experience.
