If you want to discuss anything related to Casea Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello, I could not find much about the others' experiences, just the casino official review: https://casino.guru/casea-casino-review
I conclude you're convinced the casino has not yet verified your account because you won. May I know what specifically has the casino thus far said about the ongoing verification? Maybe if we understood their perspective, the picture would be clearer. I'm asking because upon checking the complaint, I did not find more clues, since most of your posts are for review, and the casino has not yet responded to the complaint either. Which makes you the only source of info.
I hope to see the casino representative responding soon, of course.
The casino has been verifying my account since June 26th, I have sent them all the documentation at least 10 times, I uploaded a few documents that I sent them in the complaint thread, I have screenshots of everything.
Oh, that must be exhausting. I guess the reason for the document's rejection is unclear, but maybe trying again isn't worth the effort. I mean, usually when something is wrong with his required documents, the casino is supposed to explain what must be corrected, but I'm not sure whether you have that feedback. Do you have any update regarding the KYC whatsoever? Could it be that the documents are ok but have not been approved yet? I'm just thinking aloud here; there are a few possibilities in play.
I have no idea what they are dealing with, they originally had a problem with a virtual payment card, so I had a regular plastic one made at the bank, they have an ID card, a bank account statement, a confirmation of account ownership, since I am a sole proprietor, I preferred to send an extract from the trade register, issued invoices. No one commented on this, only an email that they had received the documents and forwarded them to the relevant department, this has been happening since 26.6.

Hey. I think you're getting automatic replies to emails you send them all the time. For example, from what you showed, I didn't see a single authentic email that would give any clue as to what the problem is. I think the casino needs to clarify what's going on in the complaint, because without that we can only guess. :-(
In any case, please don't lose any more money if possible. At least until we see what can be found out in the complaint against this casino.
Oh, that's a really nice amount. Isn't it possible that the casino has started another verification round? That happens regularly with such amounts. The point is that until the check arrives, the money won't move. However, the casino should still mention it and clarify the circumstances. So I also suggest waiting to see what they have to say in the complaint.
That's a very smart move with this document, I hope the ice will move soon. I almost think that the casino may be waiting for confirmation from the game provider that the winnings are in order and without a technical bug. I mention it because the amount is quite high and it would explain why the casino seemingly does nothing. Well, we'll see what we find out.
The main thing is that it doesn't last longer than is really necessary.
