Hello on Dec 1st I got a cash back bonus from several deposits 15 dollars I believe. I played it and went way beyond my play through requirements and there is no maximum cash out ont that type bonus so I got up to 1800.00 dollars and requested 1000.00 on December 2nd, and proceeded to eventually lose the other 800.00 I have been trying for weeks to get an answer on my request but I keep getting the run around . I have screen shots of our conversations and the things they would say to buy time or blow me off one. What should I do to get my withdrawl they have all my paper work needed for my identity there is no reason for them to not pay me , any advice would be appreciated

I played captain jack casino And made it to 1000.i decided to cash out did everything that was asked and was verified but I contacted online agent to check on when I was going to get my winnings cause it stated pending I even had to send in money to get verified but the agent inform me that everything look good all my documents was received and verified but I would not be getting a winning due to that I did not put a deposit down because I was playing on free chips I did not understand how they could give me free chip to play with bug not allow me to recieve any winning from playing their game I wish it stated it in bold face when i started playing their game with free chip they sent to me is there anyway i can get my winning from them .

Does it mean that you have played with some free chips without depositing at all?

How is it stated in their terms, though, that you are allowed to withdraw?

I can clarify this situation. My original post was about me depositing at Captain Jack and making money and it took forever to get paid but eventually I got paid.

Captain Jack gives free chips every month but they will not pay out if you clear the insane rollover . I had the exact same situation the above poster is having . They denied the cash out and wanted me to deposit again. I told them to pound sand and that is that. This casino should be avoided by everyone .

They never state any withdrawal rules in the free chip promotion at all after you win they tell you that there is a withdrawal rule for free chip

Believe me after this I read so much review about this site they are on the ban list I should’ve known before they are a scammer casino they rep off everyone

They give you many free chips . But even if you have been a depositing player they hide behind the excuse that youve had many free chips which voids the cashout. The scam is in the chip giving . They keep giving them and EVEN if you deposit they will not honor the chip and now you are stuck with more insane rollover on the deposit. Truly im amazed i got paid out a few years ago . Nobody should give them a penny because you will regret the frustration and time involved to even have a slim chance of getting anything out.

Customer service is rude and in my opinion this is all run by one or two people . To the poster who wants the free chip funds. Dont waste your time and certainly dont deposit . Just walk away.

Also just a side note . When you deposit at these sites dont ever use the crazy bonus they offer . Just deposit with no bonus and play them straight up. This way no impossible rollover or problems cashing out.
