I thought you'd be able to agree on something with casino. 

The truth is that casinos don't have to offer bonuses to players and they don't have to say what the reason is. 

It's not the most user friendly, so I understand your frustration. 

I would say that if it was a fault in your internet connection, though, that probably could have caused the whole situation. 

So if the casino doesn't want to give you the bonus, then unfortunately you probably can't do anything about it.

Okay. I understand your policies are like that, before I bet with you I have to get acquainted with all your policies and possible situations and only then can I decide.
