I thought you'd be able to agree on something with casino. 

The truth is that casinos don't have to offer bonuses to players and they don't have to say what the reason is. 

It's not the most user friendly, so I understand your frustration. 

I would say that if it was a fault in your internet connection, though, that probably could have caused the whole situation. 

So if the casino doesn't want to give you the bonus, then unfortunately you probably can't do anything about it.

When a bonus is canceled, the system always displays a warning that all funds associated with it (including the remaining bonus balance and winnings) will be debited. This warning appears before confirmation, and it is not possible to cancel the bonus accidentally.

Okay. I understand your policies are like that, before I bet with you I have to get acquainted with all your policies and possible situations and only then can I decide. You have melted this case so much that a person can let go. In this case, I made a deposit with a bonus which to this day I have not played the bonus. I do not mean to harm you but your business card clearly says that you receive a bonus when you deposit. I have not received one.
