I deposited 20 dollars and went to check out Belatra. I spent the most time on Mummyland Treasures and Le Digger. Both slots are decent: they spin fast, the bonuses trigger, and nothing freezes up.
At first, my balance fluctuated a bit. I was already thinking that my 20 dollars would easily go to zero, but then I hit a couple of good spins. Mummyland Treasures paid out nicely, and then Le Digger added to my winnings. In the end, my balance was already at 110 dollars. At that point, I decided not to push my luck and requested a withdrawal.

The casino freezes while playing. About 10 spins per session and then you have to close the game and come back and then the same thing continues. Withdrawals are made to the same address where you made the deposit. I myself deposited with REVOLUT and when I try to withdraw my money they don't have a Revolut option for withdrawals. The same would have happened if I had deposited with my other bank. Customer service is talking but things are not progressing, there is just more and more to do even though your profile is fully verified.

Basically, they give you some free spins where your winnings don't go anywhere—not to your real money balance, not to your bonus balance, nothing. Their support tells you that when you deposit the winnings from the free spins, they'll automatically appear in your real money balance, but that's more believable than anything else. And another thing is, if they tell you that, it might appear somewhere as a bonus balance, but that's not how it works!

To say the casino is bad is an understatement. I made a small deposit to test it out. What advantages could there possibly be? The slots freeze, the number confirmation doesn't work, some slots don't allow you to play at all due to an unexplained error, and the slot I tried, Le King by Hacksaw, has a low RTP: from 96.14%, it's 94%. The website was easy enough to navigate and sign up for. I played through the no deposit free spins, but after you finish the free spins, it won't let you play with any of the money won from the spins. On top of that, there is only one deposit method available, visa credit card, and I tried multiple cards and none went through. I tried to find out from support why the transactions weren't successfully processing and all they could say was I didn't pay them so the transaction failed. This doesn't make sense however as my account didn't even register the attempt at making a deposit, so I'm not sure why it failed and after 3 attempts to try and get more information as to why the transactions weren't posting and getting the same response, I gave up. When I asked the sport why I could not withdraw my winnings I was informed. That now I have to win back my deposit three times.
I asked why it wasn't listed anywhere. I was told it was a casino rule.
