Did the license decide in your favor? If so, could you write that in your complaint to Dominika? I see that you have it open, but you didn't follow through. It would be good to know if there has been any progress in the case and if you have been reimbursed.
After I had large winnings at boomerang-bet.com, my account was simply closed without giving me a reason. I had requested a withdrawal of €350 the day before my account was closed.
They haven't paid me this amount. Support kept me waiting for a while, and then yesterday I suddenly received a message saying the payout had been canceled. It couldn't have been me, since my account is locked.

There are many reasons for why the casino closed your account and why your withdrawal is in the cancelled phase.

The most usual and very optimistic reason would be that your higher win needs to be investigated to find out whether it was acquired in accordance with the rules and if there has not been any bug or glitch in the game. This is pretty common when a player hits jackpot for instance. Meanwhile, no withdrawals can be made. Also, your account may undergo a more thorough check aside from the usual KYC procedure.
Simply put, the casino should really inform you about the events and, of course, about the final outcome.
