The complaint was resolved because between receiving zero and one day having the chance of recovering some part of the €26,000.00, I opted for the latter.
What I see now, with the months that have passed, is that I will never recover any part of that €26,000.00, because their coin will be worth zero, even if they launch it (which I doubt). It's going to be another casino scam.
They haven't even managed to raise the money to complete the first phase of the pre-launch and they're not paying the coin's subscribers or those who took part in the zealy contests the casino launched (95% of the positive reviews it has on all the sites were from the zealy contests) and they keep postponing the coin's launch.
As for complaints, I honestly don't believe that they will bring resolution to the remainder that they took from me (around €4000.00 last time alone).
The concept of bonus abuse is not clearly defined in the terms, so they can consider 2 consecutive bonus deposits as bonus abuse, just as they can consider 10 consecutive deposits.
It's a question of good faith, which they clearly don't have. They are unscrupulous people who only care about getting rich or making money at the expense of others. They're no different from any scammer or hacker who breaks into someone's bank account and steals the money.
