We have agreed that the amount will be paid out in Bbets (the casino's crypto coin, which is in the pre-launch phase). I may one day receive much more than I won or I may receive almost nothing, we'll see in the future.

In the meantime, I've been able to make subsequent withdrawals after this case.

I advise you to read the general terms and conditions and before accepting bonuses (which are very good) and pay attention to the list of prohibited games for wager. Take a screenshot when you start the bonus (always and for all the bonuses you accept) so that you always have the list visible while you're doing the wager.

I have been informed that they will have better licensing in the short term and that it will resolve some issues with access to the Casino.

The bonuses are all between 100% and 200%. And apart from 2 days a week, they're daily. Although playing Wager isn't easy, it's profitable in the end. What they don't forgive is any loopholes in the Wager rules, so you need to pay attention to the list of prohibited games and the maximum bet.

In terms of licenses, the Costa Rican one is no longer well regarded by users, and I think they're going to change it to a license that covers more countries and is better supervised.

Thank you for clarifying and bringing some other things into focus. Are there bonuses that don't have a maximum cashout or are there none? I know that they are not completely common but as long as the casino has a reasonable cashout on bonuses I probably wouldn't mind. I don't think there is a maximum withdrawal for any of the bonuses.

Correction: It turns out that there is a withdrawal limit for bonuses, 10x the deposit if the bonus is > 150% and 20x if the bonus is less than 150%.

Interesting. From our experience, usually casinos set the maximum withdrawal, and especially if it comes to no deposit ones.

Of course, it should always be written in the terms. Right?

Personally, I don't think it necessarily has anything to do with the licenses.

I know casinos without licenses that process payouts very quickly and have no loopholes in their terms and conditions or very few that hardly cause any problems.

Nowadays there are really very good casinos where you can play without having to worry about which games are allowed and which are not.

I recently won €2000 in a casino and the next day I received an email saying that I had violated the maximum bet rule and that I should please be careful next time, but they still approved the payout!

What I mean is that if you drag something out and the player suffers as a result, it is not the casino's license that is causing this, but the operators behind it.

If they wanted to, they could pay you out without any problems, but some casinos seem to like to annoy the players and that's not how you make friends or long-term customers.

Personally, I have not had good experiences with casinos that have a license from Costa Rica.

I've never used a no deposit bonus. I don't know how it works.

Usually with a no deposit bonus, you can play without depositing at first, but if you are lucky enough to win, it has some maximum withdrawal limit. All this information should always be written in the terms for every bonus, though.

So, you played just with some welcome bonus or a deposit bonus, right? And there was no information about the maximum withdrawal in the terms?

It is quite unusual, to tell you the truth, because from my experience, when playing with any kind of bonus, most of the time there is some maximum that you can win; it is not unlimited.

My biggest mistake was accepting the 24k deal.
