Well, I think a lot of players have heard this several times and nothing has been solved yet. I don't understand why the casino first replies to the thread that they are investigating everything and then what happens is that they end up not replying and the complaint is left as unresolved, that's pretty sad for me. But you're right, if they don't communicate with us, it's hard to resolve and help.

Das Auszahlen wurde eingestellt , und das seit mehr als 7 Wochen! Selbst wenn es "Schwierigkeiten" gab , so sind die in jeder Firma nicht über 7 Wochen.
Ich war eine der ersten die zu den "nicht Auszahlern" gehörte hier , ergo müsste ich ja theoretisch das Geld schon bekommen haben wenn die ihre Probleme langsam abarbeiten.
Es wird einfach versucht noch mehr Zeit zu schinden , mehr nicht.
