I would probably do it in such a way that every two or three days I would contact them for an update. If the casino doesn't want to tell you or has nothing to say, they still won't write you back even if they shouldn't and they should tell you what's going on. A week would be a lot for me to not care about my money, but on the other hand, every day a few messages seem to lose their value. But that's just my opinion and maybe somebody will make the casino pay with his "intrusiveness". Although I don't think that's usually the reason why the casino ends up paying the player. 🙂

When asked if there was an update, the following answer came:
We appreciate your patience as we work through a backlog of payments. Rest assured, we're actively resolving the issue and will have your payment processed as soon as possible
So there has been no change in events. However, my suspicion of a lack of money is confirmed.
Patience is probably called for.
I already pretty much gave up. Im not gonna contact them anymore. If i ever receive my money then good but im pretty sure they are not gonna pay anything.
There is no need to give up yet, you also have an open complaint and I firmly believe that you will be helped somehow. A few pages ago, a player wrote that he withdrew the money after 4 weeks, so I don't want to say that it's possible that you will wait that long, but it's certainly expected.
Unfortunately we can't speed it up but I will hope that everyone will get what is rightfully theirs. 😉
So as long as it is possible for me to get my money, I will believe in it 😉
If it takes 8 weeks then that's just how it is, the main thing is that it arrives.

Patience, I think the money will reach everyone, as long as this casino exists there is hope.
Unfortunately, I don't think we'll get our money anymore.
Nothing has happened for almost two weeks, no one is getting their money, and more and more complaints are being opened.
If they are really working on arrears, then you should at least receive your money gradually.
When I asked in the live chat yesterday whether the casino had no money, I was excluded from the live chat and blocked.
The answers are always the same, written in the same way, just inserted text.
There are no more replies to complaints and all other questions are blocked. I don't get any replies by email.
I had a similar case at another casino. It lasted for two months, then the casino closed.
No one has ever received their money, not to this day.
I think it's similar in this casino. If they were really working on arrears, then at least people would have to hold onto their money little by little. I've been waiting for a month, others have only been waiting 2-3 weeks. At least then those who have been waiting for their money for a long time should be paid, so that the others who are still waiting at least have a realistic chance of getting their money.
That could of course happen, and that would be very annoying. However, it is dangerous to transfer money to a "stranger" anywhere on the Internet 😀
Betsolino limited (owners of Betsolino as far as I know, in the UK) are a somewhat larger company that does other things. I don't know.
But there could be so many things why we haven't received our money yet.
Some have already got it back, which contradicts itself, so we'll just have to wait and see.
We will know more in the next few days. If the complaints from CasinoGuru don't have any effect then... ok, but we won't find out on the same day either.
I think the whole process just takes a few days.
I think that even though this is of interest to me, the impact on whether the player will get money from another casino is probably not that important in this case.
I don't mean to say anything bad, I just thought of it.
However, now he we are waiting for update from the casino on the withdrawal. We will see what we get.

I understand, I wouldn't give up until the complaint is closed and the casino refuses to comment and cooperate. Until then, I would still see a chance, although I clearly understand that the further it stretches out, the smaller it probably is in everyone's head. But I believe that eventually these things will be resolved. Maybe I'm too optimistic, but sometimes it doesn't work out too badly. 🙂
