Yesterday I asked in the live chat whether the casino had no money to pay people.
The result was that I was blocked from live chat and can no longer use it.
Ich habe gestern mal im Live Chat gefragt, ob das Casino kein Geld hat, um die Leute zu bezahlen.
Ergebnis war, man hat mich vom live Chat gesperrt, kann diesen nun nichtmehr nutzen.
I see that you and the other players have not moved anywhere. It's probably not the best idea to bombard the casino with messages, but on the other hand I'm aware that if I waited a month for my money I'd be pretty nervous.
On the contrary, I hope that each of you will get your money in the next few days. Be sure to let me and you know how it's going.
Would you contact the casino every day so that it gets fed up and finally pays out, or would you rather not write anything for a week even though you've already been waiting for four weeks?
Würdest du das Casino täglich kontaktieren, damit es irgendwann genervt ist und endlich auszahlt, oder lieber eine Woche gar nichts schreiben, obwohl man schon vier Wochen wartet?
I would probably do it in such a way that every two or three days I would contact them for an update. If the casino doesn't want to tell you or has nothing to say, they still won't write you back even if they shouldn't and they should tell you what's going on. A week would be a lot for me to not care about my money, but on the other hand, every day a few messages seem to lose their value. But that's just my opinion and maybe somebody will make the casino pay with his "intrusiveness". Although I don't think that's usually the reason why the casino ends up paying the player. 🙂

When asked if there was an update, the following answer came:

So there has been no change in events. However, my suspicion of a lack of money is confirmed.
Patience is probably called for.

Nach der Frage ob es ein Update gibt kam folgende Antwort:

also noch keine Änderung der Geschehnisse. Allerdings bestätigt sich so ja mein Verdacht des Geldmangels.
Ist wohl Geduld angesagt.
I already pretty much gave up. Im not gonna contact them anymore. If i ever receive my money then good but im pretty sure they are not gonna pay anything.
There is no need to give up yet, you also have an open complaint and I firmly believe that you will be helped somehow. A few pages ago, a player wrote that he withdrew the money after 4 weeks, so I don't want to say that it's possible that you will wait that long, but it's certainly expected.
Unfortunately we can't speed it up but I will hope that everyone will get what is rightfully theirs. 😉
So as long as it is possible for me to get my money, I will believe in it 😉
If it takes 8 weeks then that's just how it is, the main thing is that it arrives.

Wenn es 8 Wochen dauert dann ist es eben so, Hauptsache es kommt.

Es war keine patzige Antwort , denke wenn man Sie nervt werden sie schneller gereizt sein. 😉
Geduld, ich denke schon das dass Geld bei jedem ankommen wird , solange wie dieses Casino besteht solange besteht auch Hoffnung.

If they are really working on arrears, then you should at least receive your money gradually.

The answers are always the same, written in the same way, just inserted text.
There are no more replies to complaints and all other questions are blocked. I don't get any replies by email.
I had a similar case at another casino. It lasted for two months, then the casino closed.
No one has ever received their money, not to this day.
I think it's similar in this casino. If they were really working on arrears, then at least people would have to hold onto their money little by little. I've been waiting for a month, others have only been waiting 2-3 weeks. At least then those who have been waiting for their money for a long time should be paid, so that the others who are still waiting at least have a realistic chance of getting their money.

Die Antworten sind immer die selben, gleiche Schreibweise, also einfach ein eingefügter Text.
Es kommen keine Antworten auf Beschwerden mehr und auch sonst werden alle an Fragen abgeblockt. Ich bekomme keine Antworten per E-Mail.
Ich hatte einen ähnlichen Fall bei einem anderen Casino. Das hat sich über zwei Monate hingezogen, dann hat das Casino zugemacht.
Keiner hat jemals sein Geld erhalten, bis heute nicht.
Ich denke, in diesem Casino läuft es ähnlich. Wenn es wirklich an Zahlungsrückständen arbeiten würde, dann müssten wenigstens die Leute nach und nach Gelder halten. Ich warte schon einen Monat, andere erst 2-3 Wochen. Zumindest sollen dann diejenigen, die schon lange auf ihr Geld warten, mal bezahlt werden, damit die anderen, die auch noch warten, zumindest eine realistische Chance haben ihr Geld zu erhalten.
That could of course happen, and that would be very annoying. However, it is dangerous to transfer money to a "stranger" anywhere on the Internet 😀
Betsolino limited (owners of Betsolino as far as I know, in the UK) are a somewhat larger company that does other things. I don't know.
But there could be so many things why we haven't received our money yet.
Some have already got it back, which contradicts itself, so we'll just have to wait and see.
We will know more in the next few days. If the complaints from CasinoGuru don't have any effect then... ok, but we won't find out on the same day either.
I think the whole process just takes a few days.
Das könnte natürlich so eintreffen , das wäre auch sehr ärgerlich. Jedoch ist dies überall im Internet gefährlich sein Geld einen"Fremden" zu überweisen 😀
Betsolino limited (Inhaber von Betsolino soweit ich weis , in GB) sind schon etwas größere Firma zu sein die noch andere Dinge machen. Ich weis es nicht .
Aber es könnte ja mit sovielen Dingen zu tun haben warum wir unser Geld noch nicht erhalten haben.
Einige haben es ja schon zurück, das wiederspricht sich ja alles deshalb bleibt nur abwarten .
Wir werden in den nächsten Tagen mehr Wissen Wenn die Beschwerden auch von CasinoGuru nichts bewirken dann ...ok aber das erfahren wir auch ja nicht am selbigen Tag.
Ich denke der komplette Prozess dauert eben paar Tage.
