They have blocked my account and voided my winnings, accusing me of using prohibited strategies on a live blackjack table! How can this be? What should I do? I am seriously panicking.

Hmm, I see the situation is starting to take a turn. If you are not aware of any violation on your part and you don't think you broke the rules, then I would use our team and the complaint we offer to players in similar cases. We would look into it and help if possible.

I've had this happen myself, so I know how it feels definitely utilise Casino Guru complaints service.

I know some casinos can be funny about changing from low stake then suddenly to high stake with blackjack, im not saying this is why or that you did this, just trying to think of what bullshit rule they might be trying to use. This is criminal in my opinion because if you did this and lost, they certainly ain't refunding your money, plus it's obscure and left open to interpretation. Other than that I can't imagine what stupid get out clause they trying to use. Hope things change I really do, best of luck with it.

Hi, I have already submitted my complaint on your website. This is honestly such a disgrace from this company and it needs addressing. I’ve tried lodging a formal complaint with betsio.com and they just send me automated responses.

It’s honestly disgusting behaviour. Heaven forbid you actually get lucky with gambling and make some money because even when you do, you still lose. I cannot believe these people are allowed to do this and I won’t go down without a fight.

Yes but what he is saying is that when you reach out to them, they deny any relation. You really need to re-evaluate the score you have given these companies, as they are thieves.

This is exactly what I mean. When you reach out to them, they flat out lie that they are not related to Bets.io. This was not a jab at Guru, rather at the casino.

I don't really understand what it has to do with their rating if they don't say that they are related anyhow, though. 🤷‍♀️

Well, all the business information I have been able to gather from legal sources cite that these two casinos are directly linked and boast a roster of mainly the same personnel. Claims that they have no connection whatsoever or neither of them have any sister casinos are what I would ultimately call lies and lies have a tendency of tainting a business' reputation. Or is this kind of gaslighting to be expected in the casino industry and, in fact, a factor that boosts the score? 🙂

Well regardless of how they want to come across, these people have taken £5000 worth of winnings from me wrongfully and refuse to elaborate. They are criminals.

Anyone managed to get a withdrawal out? Bank transfer and MiFinity were options for me, Chase don’t do IBAN so trying MiFinity support keep saying technical issues. Would appear that it ain’t getting paid….
