Another thing these people do is use fake business to take your deposit and make it look like you are paying for goods and services unrelated to gambling. For example, they took my £100 deposit under 'St Juvictech Nigeria' which was a website that appears to sell music. When I confronted them about this, they denied the allegation and the St Juvictech website was taken down a few days later. It is a clear breach of VISA/Mastercard rules on merchant coding and is a big problem in the offshore gambling space. They do it to get around fees, gambling blocks and taxes. I urge anyone to stay away from ALL offshore websites, not just this one.

I saw the complaint that the casino did not provide sufficient evidence according to our team. 

So it's nice that they are trying to protect themselves on Trustpilot. 

It's a pity that it wasn't resolved in our complaint. 

I guess that's the only thing I would say about it.🤷‍♂️

Beware of the casino!

My winnings of €951.45 were withheld, citing "fraudulent activity." After I requested proof, as well as a clear statement detailing which rule I violated and when, the casino refused to provide any information and continues to withhold my money without offering any evidence.

A formal complaint has already been filed with the licensing authority.

But even if I do get my money back (I'm not giving up), I can't recommend anyone play at Betsio.com or Bets.io.

It's not worth the hassle.

Thanks! I'll keep you updated. I've also filed a complaint against Betsio.com here. I would be very grateful if you could also put pressure on the casino. If I made a mistake, the casino should prove it, and if they can't/won't, they should refund my money.

We always try everything possible to help ur users, but unfortunately, if casinos don't want to cooperate with us, then we are unable to do much, you know.

You need to keep in mind that we are just mediators between players and casinos, not an ADR.
