It's a casino with a terrible score, so technically they need not do anything.

Of course, it would be fair to pay for every winning you've collected by their all unfair terms and rules.

If the casino allows you to register and deposit, then you should be allowed to withdraw - if all requirements are met.

Sadly, according to the review, this is not a fair casino anymore. Let's hope for the less, if the complaint won't work, you can always turn to the licensing authority. I am honestly shocked that this casino is still licensed in Malta though.

Casinos usually ask for this when they're not sure whether the already sent ID is real or not. The problem doesn't need to by on your side. There might be a strange shadow over the ID, the picture quality isn't 100% etc. So they sometimes ask for the selfie in order to be 100% sure.

Does anyone else have experience with Betsamigo? I joined the casino on 19.4. I bet approx. 500e and within a couple of days I won 8k from the game Sugar Rush. I never use any bonuses or free spins. When I started to repatriate, they asked for documents. Passport, bank, selfie, etc. They were accepted quickly and I was informed that my account has been successfully verified. Unfortunately, I only then noticed that 1000e max withdrawal at one time/day. But I haven't seen any money... I've been waiting for 6 days now. Withdrawal (1000e) is shown pending. In the e-mail, customer service calls for urgency. They don't answer anything else. Chat can't catch up. However, there is a casino operating with an MGA license!
