Regarding verification, what does the casino require from you to make the photos more visible or what specifically ? Sometimes I understand that all the details have to be visible properly, so I'm just trying to find out how it is. Did you try to see what you could do ?

Thanks a lot for the hope ☺️ . The truth is that they never told me what is the problem. Each time i upload the photos required and the next day the status is again in the previous state (verification required). I cannot upload here the exact photo because i always take them when i m online in their page and upload them. The photos didn't saved in my phone but as i am able to see they are clear enough. All the details are visible in my identification card. I suppose they are typing just to avoid the payment and this is very unfair. In any case thanks again for the support.

In cases like this, I think it's always important to know what's going on and especially the reason from the casino, because if you don't know it either, we can only guess how it really is. But it's especially frustrating when you've uploaded a document several times and nothing happens, you just need to upload it again. It doesn't seem normal to me if you ask what you need to do differently and the casino ignores you.

As for the withdrawal, I can't say for sure how long it takes because it can be different based on the situation. Have you already verified your account in this casino ? How long have you been waiting ? We give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process, so I would be patient if you are somewhere in the beginning.

Good morning. I hope we can help each other! If you read my posts, you will see that I have made 2 withdrawals that have been pending for 25 days. They have asked me for ID and selfie identification right on their page. I've done it countless times and a couple of days after each upload they ask me the same thing again. In the chat, no matter how many times I talked, I got nothing. They just tell me that the photo is not clear and otherwise not allowed for security reasons. Because I told them to send by mail what they want, after uploading it to the page, no work is done. I have tried so hard really. I hope it doesn't happen to you either, I'm just afraid that in large amounts they do. Friend who did 270 was not asked for ID and they put them right away. I would advise you to cancel it and break it into 2. Now, for example, I cannot cancel because days have passed and they have already asked me for identification.

Hi, I think you have nothing to worry about yet and 24 hours is just the beginning. When you talk about verification, sometimes casinos don't have to ask for it, so you don't always have to verify right away, especially when it comes to smaller withdrawals for the casino. 

So try to be patient and wait, we give casinos 14 days to do whatever they need to do to send money to players and if they don't, be sure to get in touch and we'll try to help.
