Safe rating on sites like this even though every single customer gets scammed.
At least Betplays has stopped creating fake accounts to write positive reviews here and are now solely focused on trustpilot reviews. Funny thing is when they did casinoguru protected them. Most likely unknowing they were Betplays own casino workers, but still. Funny stuff.
If you want a good laugh go back 8+ months and read how casinoguru cares.

Betplays scam timeline:
Customer deposits, wins.
Betplays allows 1 withdrawal.
Betplays hopes customer deposits more, since trust was shown.
Customer deposits more.
Customer wins, attempts to make withdrawal #2.
Betplays pulls out #3 and #9 email.
Yet ratings on this site say its a safe place to play. And mods here will give you the dumbest reason why the rating is what it is. Complete joke.
I mean its the same story all over again to what people mention here, you deposit then withdraw, to test if they aren’t scammers then allow it but they do ask so much info to delay the withdrawal. Then as you start depositing more, and winning more, you ask for a withdrawal, they say they will escalate the issue to the finance department (it has been 10 business days) then a few days later they just block your account and funds gone just like that. Truly unjust and the fact that casino guru doesnt have a lower rating and an indication about such acts is crazy to me, like how are they skeptical when every single review excluding the fake praising ones are the only positive ones, you sometimes have to wonder. Even the issues are all the same, you can see a pattern but nope

Well, as far as I can tell, you sadly breached the rules, so there is no way to push the casino to be generous toward you. I understand your frustration, but let's be objective here:

While there may have been room for a gesture of goodwill, they chose not to grant it in this case."

I hope it is clear that not every situation is the same, as you can see in this thread, and regardless of what other frustrated players say, we intend to investigate each one. The only thing required is to properly submit the request. Since this is the first time we've heard about your problem with this casino, I suppose it makes sense to file a complaint.
If casinos do not take a fair approach, you can prove their wrongdoing and assign them black points, which directly impact their rating.
To be honest, not every situation can be resolved in favor of the complaining player, but that does not mean that one should give up trying. I'm just asking you to form your own opinion.

Betplays is never about being generous with its players. Quite the opposite, considering the thousands of complaints online I have the impression that it is the players who are generous to betplays, because every deposit can be treated as a donation to the people working at betplays.
Most of the complaints about betplays are about sports betting, so casino.guru has nothing to do with it, and will do nothing because they only deal with complaints with casinos.
