I strongly advise against playing on the site

I advise against playing on the site. They blocked the account and the balance above $2,500 in the account. I made many deposits to the account, several withdrawals, but I am still in the red. Today I tried to withdraw some funds after several wins and the account was blocked, without the possibility of even returning the deposit. I did not even have a limit for bets, it was simply good when I lost. But this bookmaker is no different from all those fake crypto sites.

I guess this sad story is once more about sports betting, which sadly means there is not much we can do.

I just got my account blocked for "arbitrage betting" which I have not done. I was down a lot of money and betting here and there, ofc tryng to get on good spots but really dont even have 1 surebet or anything in my history. I dont get it and it feels random. Imo I should be a VIP and instead I get kicked out. At least payout was swift but have never been treated this unfairly by a casino that didnt try to scam me.

But may I ask you if they explained to you what exactly you have done, because I am not sure I understand the meaning of "arbitrage betting" very well, actually.

I deposited money on this platform twice before without any issue. However, on my third deposit, they suddenly claimed there was a problem with my funds and did not process the money into my wallet.

When I requested a refund, they kept delaying the issue and only said they were waiting for the payment department. They have not provided any specific reason, any clear resolution date, or any confirmed refund date.

The platform is currently holding my money without a convincing explanation.

Hello, does it mean that your third deposit has not reached the casino account and also has not been returned back? I imagine how it sounds, but if some intermediary banks were involved, it may be more complicated this time, and usually casinos need its payment partner company to investigate the chain. What kind of method did you use, please?
