so i have been gambling for years now and to be quite honest betplay.io has to be the worst casino i have been to by far and i will explain why. betplay has one initial bonus which is very strange you put your deposit down then you have to wager your own deposit before they even give you anything back when usually you are matched then you wager and if you finish that wager you keep it..with me never got the chance i cancelled it because it seemed kind of pointless,yet i asked them for a different bonus and well they just put that one back. free spins here are very ...weird if you want them you have to deposit before they even consider you yet they say its random i don't believe that because pretty much every time i did a deposit they would give some..but the drawback....you have to ask and even then they decide whether or not to give you them so pretty much no bonuses at all here which for a casino is pretty sad in this case i fail to understand how they keep customers. cashback and rakeback...now maybe this might be the gold star they needed but thats only if you can break into their own VIP program which believe me i tried and i just couldn't get enough XP to get there either its just bad luck or something else . in chat customer support is your typical copy/paste support with some variations and there are 1 or 2 support that actually cared the others treated me with little respect and made me feel very unwelcome for example i asked for some free spins i got" give me 2-3 mins to check and ill brb" yet within seconds and i mean seconds its "nope sorry none available right now" thats not checking thats basically just telling me you decide whether or not who gets these spins nothing else now email customer support you do get more of a response but in the end they make you feel small and insignificant too and you'd hope for that little bit of respect from them but there isn't any. my friend who i just recently lost to cancer reccommended this place to me because they gave her a new bonus and even a 30 USD goodwill bonus and she was so over the moon with them so i thought they might treat everyone in similar regards,yet they made me feel like i was lying to them,almost like they didn't believe what i was saying yet all i did ask for was a little respect maybe some free spins and a different bonus but all i keep getting is" we understand your frustration" or "we don't do bonuses" basically yet on two occasions they told me that they have asked their VIP department to DECIDE whether or not to give a good will bonus..but i will tell you there is no goodwill here whatsoever to be quite honest this casino is quite selfish towards its new players and if you go there with expectations of anything else you're going to be sorely disappointed ...i was made to feel unwanted,small and well like i was trash not worthy of their time.. in game events/competitions seem very scarce here i only ever saw a couple in the time i spent here and none really appeal to smaller players or its very difficult for new players to break into these.so i think that betplays biggest draw is their " NO KYC" because this is big for people who dont want to be known which is understandable not everyone wants to give away details especially with scams ripe in the world today. there is a very decent amount of games here it had a few i fell in love with but the RTP felt quite low but im no expert to me gambling is chance so you take it.

all in all betplay is not a very nice place for new players,with little bonuses,support that make you feel very insignificant not worthy of their time,email support that make you feel worse then just send you back to chat ,little amount of comps,no incentives the only thing they have going for them is possibly the rake back and cash back...if you can make it to bronze vip...until they prepared to be treated like trash.

im not gonna advise you stay away thats your decision but don't go here with high expectations that if they give you a couple of free spins that they will give you more,or you will get something more because in the end you will get nothing...i did i got aome free spins and a whole load of stress,upset and heartache.

I'm talking to everyone you don't deposit even a single euro here, totally scam doesn't pay anything, the staff and the team don't understand anything, it seems they make fun of you, the site is totally scam no chance of winning, don't even sign up, plus the week and they don't even answer your emails, go to the find but. Not recommended here ⛔️. And for me and for many others it is the worst mess in the world

My first deposit at betplay was $50 which a promptly lost trying out as many games as I could. My second deposit was of $500 which I took to there "Provably fair" second where I would proceed to win up to $3400. I submitted a withdrawal request for all of my balance which was approved nearly instantly with not fees other than the network fees. The site also has good customer support with a built in chat feature where you get quick responses from support. The site also features a nice vip system where you can get increased rakeback and other rewards for leveling up. My only complaint with betplay is the limited amount of fiat display options which is limited to USD or EUR, It would be nice to see a few more options added. Overall it is a great site with lots of games and a built in sports book and poker client, I would strongly recommend joining betplay to anyone looking for a good no kyc crypto casino.

Today I deposited in their website. 50€ first time, and 100€ the second time. I won up to 300€ on my second deposit and placed a withdrawal of 200€. What happened? THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT without any information mid game. I asked support why, and apparently my account is under review which support stated could take a few weeks. Absolutely terrible website and support doesn’t even give you any information. So now 300€ is locked without any access or information. Yet they state "instant withdrawal"

I am not looking for the money and did try to activate the bonus, but the fact they made my account transactions disappear and made it seem like I never deposited as well as lying from the support with proof and, blockchain proof money has been sent from my wallet to there casino.



I just want this to be public because this casino is a terrible one since the staff and support lie and they have a fake deposit bonus for select few accounts. Another point is they manipulate user data on their website to fit their unethical ways.
