Hello,

Could you please provide a screenshot that demonstrates how those instructions were used against you, which prevented you from withdrawing? That's a serious problem and my colleagues would certainly like to browse the proofs. It's advisable to file the complaint. Best to confront the casino.

From my research and word of mouth by other players, many users have experienced withdrawal or blocked account issues to due them gambling in a prohibited jurisdiction. Betpanda clearly posted this information on their main website, recommending users in prohibited jurisdictions to use a VPN in order to use their online casino. One of the screenshots I have can be seen below:

Hello. I believe I understood that much; I just do not understand how the information was used against you.

Many casinos support VPN usage and many casinos are forbidden in certain countries.

Despite the legal aspect, which in most situations has little to do with the ability to win, lose, or play fair, did the casino treat you like any other player? Did they pay out the money?

I thought you aimed to warn against something bad that happened, yet I pretty much did not get the matter. Can you help me, please?

Hi everyone,

I just want to leave a warning here about my experience with Betpanda.io.

On June 27th, 2025, they suddenly closed my account and confiscated my entire balance of €2,800. Their only explanation was the usual "arbitrage/value betting" accusation, but they never showed me a single piece of evidence. I asked several times for clarification, but only got the same copy-paste answer that the decision was final.

Unfortunately, CasinoGuru’s mediation team couldn’t help me because they only deal with casino disputes and not sportsbook complaints – which is a pity, because players are left without any real protection in these cases.

I also contacted:

Betby (their odds provider) – no reply.

Costa Rica authorities (where they are licensed) – no reply.

So basically, I was left with no money, no evidence, and no real explanation.

👉 My advice: do not deposit large amounts with Betpanda. If they decide to close your account, you risk losing everything without proof.

It’s important for players to know these things before trusting them with serious money.

Hello, thank you for your warning.

To be honest, even their casino-related activities are not very shiny... If I may have a word of advice for all sports bettors reading this, there are some sites focused on resolving sports-based disputes. (Furthermore, ChatGPT will surely provide a more accurate list. )

I've got this:

https://www.safebettingsites.com/complaints/

https://www.bookmakersreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

https://www.bookmakers.bet/submit-a-complaint/

https://www.top100bookmakers.com/contact-us/

https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Hope some of those will eventually help you.

Hi all

I have had an identical experience to Dabst3r above. I had been using the site for months with only hundreds in my account, then they ran a staking promo over the weekend. Account balance through deposits and winnings grew to c$5k.

I tried to withdraw and they confiscated my entire balance of c$5k. Their only explanation was the usual "arbitrage/value betting" accusation. No evidence has been presented, but the decision is 'final'. Please also note that my account was not an account in profit, it was roughly break-even.

I work in the industry, so trying to apply some indirect pressure, but it all seems to be failing.

My advice to any sharp sports bettor - DO NOT TOUCH BETPANDA.

I'm sorry for your experience. Have you tried to contact any of the sites Radka suggested in her post above, perhaps?

It is unfortunate that we don't deal with sports here.

Hi ,

Thanks for the advices above @Radka. I have already tried contacting the sites listed, but most of them are no longer active or don’t respond.

Meanwhile, Betpanda have been answering me only on Trustpilot – and even there, their replies are just empty, generic excuses because they are afraid of damaging their reputation. If you read their comments, you’ll see the kind of "stories" they are trying to sell.

Most recently, they even wrote that the problem was not the bets themselves, but the "manner" in which bets were placed. What does that even mean? My "manner" was winning bets and making profit. Do their Terms & Conditions say I am not allowed to win money?

You can read the full exchange on Trustpilot: LINK

At this point, I’ve accepted that I will never see my €2,800 again. My only goal now is to warn other players: Betpanda is a scam site. They will not pay you if you win, and they will confiscate your balance without proof.

Stay safe and don’t let them trick you like they did with me & @Blobstickle

Hello,

This is quite grievous news, I must say... Could it be that despite the immense popularity of sports books, there is no one addressing players' complaints? That's harsh...

How about you use our forum section about sports betting and start your warning thread there? Perhaps that could help a fellow sports bettor, I hope.

The more bettors in the same thread, the better. Maybe someone else has a clue about sports-related complaint resolvers. I really wish I could help you out.

I have deposited $1200 in the last few days alone! I had $600 in my account! These scammers blocked my account and confiscated even this money!!! In the support chat, there are bots that know nothing and answer that I should write to the mail!!! But no one answers by mail!

Hello, so based on what you're describing, you don't know why the casino took your money and blocked your account? You have no idea what could have caused this? Did you use any bonuses here?

I noticed that you've already lodged a complaint, so let's see what our team finds out.

Hi all,

I'd like to share my experience with this casino. I was tempted by some youtube videos showing "roulette techniques" to try to maximize the odds of a win. Now I understand that no technique can guarantee a win. And I know in the long run you should lose money. Bu that's the problem. I choose betpanda for my first experience in the online casino world because I wanted a casino supporting crypto. I decided to start with a simple fibonacci progression strategy. I tried a couple of roulette games in demo mode and all went good. Then I sent 200usdt to this casino to start my adventure with the "betpanda roulette" game. With a 0.5 base bet I could be covered for 12 steps. I started betting on the columns and voilà after less than 3 minutes I lost all the money. The odds were less than 1% and it happened at the first try. This looks very suspicious to me! I don't care much about the 200usdt but what bothers me is to have been already "kicked out" from this world. The feeling to have been scammed (and not even in the smartest way, at least they could have made me win a couple of times) prevents me to risk other money on this or other casino. I have a feeling that the game detected an ongoing strategy and made me lose at first try as to say "don't even try to play in this way". What you think?

Fwiw - I have contacts at Betby (sports platform provider) who tried pleading with the operator to return my funds. They have been stonewalled the same way I have.

Stealing customer deposits is a new low for any operator. If you look at the trustpilot it's pervasive, with half the reviews at 1* and the rest either fake or paid.

Do the right thing casino guru team and completely blacklist these crooks.

so looks like at the end I choose the worst one. No surprise if my suspects of rigged game are correct.

No matter what I put here you will side with them. I am telling you right now I've played blackjack for 45 years and this is 100 percent rigged. Every single bet increase is a blackjack for them followed by 6 to 10 losses in a row. Every single time you lower your bet suddenly you win 2 in a,row Might I add that winning 2 in a row is a,major accomplishment here. Every single down down a miraculous 21 appears. Every single hit I take is a bust. Every single hit for them is the exact card they need. Blackjack ratio is 12 to 1. Just play for yourself if you don't believe me. You'll see. And quit siding with these scammers.

unfortunately I did not read your messages before. had 100% the same opinion after playing their roulette for 3 minutes.

Thanks for sharing your experience, it’s frustrating to see this happening so often. Just to be clear, Casino Guru cannot blacklist an operator solely for issues with their sports betting section, even though I understand why you’d want that.

I'm sorry.

Collective input usually has a bigger impact than going it alone, so I suggest the same as I did earlier:

Hi, unless the casino uses unoriginal versions of games, I'd say it’s rough to lose your deposit that quickly, especially when you thought a strategy might help. Just to be clear, no roulette system, Fibonacci included, can overcome the house edge. The games are random and not "smart" enough to detect your moves.

The feeling of being scammed is understandable, but unfortunately this is just how online casino games work in their nature. https://casino.guru/guide/roulette-scam-strategies 👈

Gambling is indeed losing.

What you mean with "unoriginal versions of games" ?

I totally understand your point and I know sooner or later you will lose. But I practically won only 1 spin and then came a 12 cold run. I am not usually lucky but this is too much even for me. I did not go all in in the 12th spin because I wanted to play longer, and even with a lower bet I continued to lose for other I think 3 4 spins. Practically I started with a cold run of 15, in the first 20 spins. That's nearly impossible. Thanks for the link it's very interesting.

Hello, I'm glad you asked. On some rare occasions, especially in unlicensed casinos or untrustworthy sites, you may find slots that appear like original games but can be altered. In such cases, the point is to mystify the players. Those games are set to have higher RTP and make you feel like a very fortunate person, but the point is to make you pay in advance for withdrawals, which will never be approved. However, based on how the current licensing system works, it is very unlikely to find such a "copy" in licensed casinos.

What you have been describing sounds more like a real game to me. I understand. one might think this is too much bad luck at one time, but it still may happen, I'd say. On the other hand, the casino isn't licensed and, based on our research, is not very trustworthy at this moment.

Maybe it would be intriguing to try the same game in a different casino. Just an idea. 🙂
