If you want to discuss anything related to Betpanda Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Because the casino has not informed us about the bonus. 🙂
Can you share details, perhaps?
Bonuses have nothing to do with actual casino reviews. I guess you should ask about the process instead of making misplaced jokes. 🙂
So, jokes aside, can you share the details?
Surely you would see them when reviewing? unless you're just reviewing what the casinos tell you and there's no due diligence.
I'd like to adjust your statement a bit. We're affiliates with hundreds, probably over thousand of casinos. That's public information. We have no reason to hide it.
We also try to use our position on the affiliates market, Google search and our contact that we have on various casinos to help players when they deal with complaints against casinos. As Radka already pointed out, we have quite a straightforward process when it comes to dealing with player complaints.
The truth is that some casinos accuse us for being on players' side in most cases while some players accuse us for being on casinos side most of the time. I guess the reality is somewhere between, which is exactly what it should be.
You can take a look at the statistics for July. We still managed to get around 1.4 milion for the players despite some of you claiming we mostly support the casinos.
When I compare our approach and the licensing authorities in general, my experience is that we mostly go beyond their requirements when it comes to players' protection and their rights.
You can always ask Tomas about it. Just click here and scroll down. That's why we display the guarantor for every single review on our website.
There can be many reasons for the missing bonus in the bonus section. The casino may added the bonus after we reviewed them. The casino provided us with misleading information and claimed they don't have any welcome bonuses or it's possible Tomas simply did a mistake and overlooked the bonus.
That's also why we update the casino reviews a couple times per year since things tend to change as the time passes.
What? In your review about Betpanda, you are writing that they don't have a welcome bonus, which they do have, but now you are saying that the bonuses have nothing to do with the actual casino reviews 🙂
Please explain how you do the reviews?
I'm glad you asked. We have quite a nice article about how we review the casinos.
Anyway, I think there was a bit of misunderstanding. Even though the bonus section is part of the casino review, it has no impact on the casino's safety index rating. Bonuses are just useful information that we provide to our visitors and players. It happens from time to time the information is incorrect. We have over 5500 casinos in our database and they change their bonuses, terms, promotions or other info on their website from time to time.
You're improving the rating of casinos when they're demonstrably scamming people. Please stop lying. It's provable that your entire process is fundamentally flawed and if not directly link to said scams, intrinsically linked.
Hello.
What seems to be wrong? You obviously had something on your mind, but sadly, what you wrote is far from true. Care to learn more about the process? No problem, read those guides, both serve as our own guidelines:

Could you be more specific in your opinions, please? Is any of that somehow related to Betpanda, or you've just picked this thread at random? 🤔
It isn't untrue. It's very much true. It isn't this casino but I assume you use the same algorithm across the board, right?
If not, why not? I'd so, how do you explain an increase in rating, even just a 0.1 on a casino that has endless unresolved complaints? You might not be allowed to admit it but you're actively part of a problem.
