Betovo Casino - general discussion (page 4)

Hi,

The Casino has never paid me. I've done all the required verification. The thing is that I wanted to bet in Euro, so I did choose Euro as my betting-currency in my Betovo-account. It shouldn't make any difference, but they say that I have to send them a new verification of an IBAN-EURO account before I can close my account. IBAN has nothing to do with currency, but they seem to put up any reason to avoid me from getting my money.

They admitted that I've done all the verification, but when I asked for a withdrawal, they came up with this Euro-IBAN thing.

Good evening, I want to make a withdrawal at BetOVO and they're asking me for photos of my credit card so I can make the withdrawal. Is this normal? Can they do this? Is it safe?

It is a normal procedure when verifying an account.

You just need to cover some numbers on the card, of course.

Have they explained to you how to do it, please?

I live in Canada and I use betovo24680.com. I've been a member since November 2025. I just wanted to come on here and give an honest review. At first I verified my drivers license, proof of first deposit, and bank statement proving my account. It was fine used the chat agents to help me and successfully verify me. I made a withdrawal of $600.02 sucessfully early December. Now I won quite a bit. i had 1 successful withdrawals so far after that $925. I come on the internet to review site like casino guru and people saying they dont pay.. They do pay your withdrawals indeed you just need to be patient. Give it 6 business days. They kinda look like bodog interface and I love that. Proper sports section. Overall, thats my honest review. And to tell betovo I that appreciate you as my offshore sports book. - Amit from Canada

I've already realized that it's a fake casino, I already have a credit there of almost 1 million euros and they ask me for 100 euros to be able to withdraw and the casino is not known anywhere do not play at Betova.io casino it's scam!

I have the same problem with Betovo. Withdrawals take a very long time, are rejected due to alleged technical problems, then you have to submit another request, which then takes several more days, so every withdrawal takes at least two to three weeks. And these are small three-figure sums. What happens if you win something big and want to withdraw it? You probably have to wait several years.

And my account is verified, I do receive payouts, but only after weeks, so gaming isn't fun.

Hmm, I would say it shouldn't take that long. Are they having technical problems with some payment method, or did you not ask about it? We always give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawals, so if you need to, you can lodge a complaint with us. 

I don't know if that would speed things up, since you say you're getting the money, which is important, but it certainly shouldn't take so long.

The same thing is happening to me, they don't verify my proof of payment, it's a disgrace. I've been trying to withdraw for more than 4 months, and they always reject it.

It's the worst betting app.

Im not sure about your situation. But I can say that I have won a lot of money with Betovo. And I have had so far 9 withdrawals of 700 Euro or less in Canadian dollars which is about $1100. I won almost Ten Thousand canadian dollars. Yes withdrawals take about 6 business days each. If you win, be patient. Withdrawal and relax. I think my good results are because I proved the know your client clause, proved my bank information and proved my identification right at the beginning.
