I noticed you deleted your previous post. Do you mind sharing what happened, or shall we leave it this way? I saw your complaint list, so I'll leave that to your willingness to share.

They don't comply with responsible gambling laws and encourage you to keep playing. It's been over 10 days and they haven't closed my account, even though they know I have a gambling problem.

To be honest, this is not unusual these days. Just look around the forum or RG section, and you'll find plenty of similar situations. In my opinion, players and I know how that sounds; they have to take far better care of themselves without relying on casinos' capability to close accounts on time. I mean, when somethign like this occurs, the player is mostly on his own. 😐 Especially in unlicensed casinos with struggling reputations.

The connection between these casinos is that they operate according to the same system and with the exact same layout. As I already explained in my complaint, brands such as Betnjet, Royalen Casino, Foxslots, Reverplay, and Ronycasino all appear together, for example, on casino-groups.com under the same providers such as "Aveazure SRL," "Novatrix SRL," or Stable Tech NV.

In my opinion, this is a disguised network that, in fact, does not possess the required license and thus also harms other independently operating casinos listed there. Often, only vague references are made to alleged licenses, such as those from Costa Rica.

I've attached two screenshots: Royalen Casino and, as an example, Playmojo. Both casinos are listed under "Aveazure SRL" at casino-groups.com, but only Playmojo and a few others in this group actually hold a genuine license (KGC).

Regarding Betnjet: I checked it myself – the operator doesn't respond to complaints at CasinoGuru at all, which is why almost all cases remain unresolved without any reaction from the casino.

I am always ready to adjust my rating and opinion if the casino resolves my complaint fairly and justly.

I looked at the first two BetNjet casinos and also at Royalen Casino, and I noticed that they have a somewhat similar layout. They aren’t exactly the same, but there are definitely some similarities. As for licensing, from what I could see, neither of these two casinos has a license.

That said, let’s try not to mix different casinos into the BetNjet thread, since this thread is specifically dedicated to that casino. It would probably be better to discuss the other casinos elsewhere, perhaps by starting a separate thread.

Of course, when there are signs that casinos might be connected or operated by the same group, players naturally tend to link them together. However, I don’t think it has ever been confirmed 100% that they belong to the same group, or at least our team hasn’t found anything that would confirm this.

From what I saw in our review, our team didn’t list any operator or owner for the casino, presumably because they couldn’t identify one. So I’m not sure where the other website that reviewed it got that information. You mentioned three different operators, which again makes me think there may not necessarily be a connection between them, although that’s just my opinion based on what you’ve told me.

I also don’t think the casino is likely to contact you now to resolve the issue if they haven’t done so up to this point. I’d be happy to be proven wrong, but I’m afraid that may be how things turn out. Especially since you mentioned that the casino has already failed to respond to several complaints, I’m unfortunately not very optimistic. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.

Yes exactly!!😡😡😡 I still have all the saved emails (6-7 emails) that I have with the Betnjet VIP MANAGER.. a disgusting and slimy heartless person who doesn't give a shit about the psychological health problems of the players 😡😡😡

I'm sorry to hear that. It's always unfortunate when players find themselves in situations like this, especially when the casino doesn't do anything to resolve the issue.

The worst part is that, in a case like this, there isn't much more we can do from our side. We tried to establish contact with the casino, but unfortunately, we weren't able to get a response.😕
