Betmaster is a scam!

Guys, watch out for Betmaster! I'll explain what happened to me with them. Betmaster was offering a x10 rollover deposit bonus. I met that requirement by winning some money. When I then tried to withdraw the winnings (I repeat: after having satisfied the wagering requirements) to make the bonus money become withdrawable, the "withdraw" button was no longer clickable! I inform you that with Betmaster I had already made this type of game always losing (I lost a few thousand euros !!) the only time I won and wanted to withdraw I found myself with the "withdraw" button blocked (and I inform you that I do not it wasn't even a big win compared to all the money I'd ever lost previously with them). I asked support if they could allow me to withdraw my winnings because I thought there was a technical problem on the "withdraw" button. At this point I found myself with the account blocked !!! I wrote to support and this was their response:

This means that as long as you lose with them everything is fine but when you win they don't let you withdraw! Now the dishonest ones have permanently blocked my account, not allowing me to get my money back !! At this point I must conclude that they are real scammers who just want to win on our money! I advise you to be careful and check if the "withdraw" button is clickable. I discovered that this thing had also happened to other people, they are based in Malta and do not have the Italian license so they do what they want! When you say "you lost everything", did you bet on slots?

We don't know what happened exactly - maybe the bonus had some max. bet rule applied (as they usually have) and you bet more or you did something else that is generally forbidden and maybe you did nothing wrong at all. Anyway, we believe that if a casino closes the account where you have some winnings, they should tell you what you did wrong so you can defend yourself.
