Hello, as you know, Betmaster states in its terms and conditions that when you deposit funds via Spei, an account will be opened with the same CLABE account number from which you originated the transfer. This means that when you withdraw your funds, they will go to the account from which you deposited.

Okay, here's the error. When I deposited funds I copied the CLABE account that I use most often from spin by Oxxo from stp since it was the one that betmastermx gave me as an option. I imagine the option was to deposit the funds from that account, but the spin by Oxxo app updated and I couldn't enter at the moment. My other option was to deposit funds to astropay from my spin by Oxxo account using my debit card. Once I deposited the funds in astropay, I made the transfer to betmastermx with the CLABE that it gives me to transfer from spin by Oxxo. With astropay they confirm that the transfer was made correctly for the amount of $ 195.00 MXN and in betmastermx I verify that the funds were effectively credited, what I did not realize was that they had another CLABE account, every time you enter funds in betmastermx whether by card, transfer or from another account a different CLABE is generated even if you indicate which CLABE to deposit, then when I withdraw the funds from betmastermx the withdrawal is processed successfully or so I thought since the funds were not reflected in my astropay account, I already contacted betmastermx and explained the problem with evidence, also with astropay and they only tell you that the funds were transferred correctly to the indicated account, astropay says that $ 195.00 was transferred to the account that I entered, and betmastermx says that the withdrawal was transferred to the account from which I entered the funds, the account that betmastermx registered does not match my CLABE account in astropay, now when an acquaintance who is also a betmastermx user asks me how he can make his withdrawal by showing me his balance, to which I realize that his balance that is in his account has the same CLABE account as my betmastermx account (apparently it was duplicated) and he also gave him the same clabe that I have, I asked him if he deposited funds from astropay to which he indicates yes, then I tell him that I made an equal transfer from astropay to deposit funds in betmastermx and that our accounts reflect the same clabe.

Now with this, I contacted betmastermx and I again give more evidence of the error that exists, and they only respond that the problem is with astropay, since 03/20/2025 I have requested proof of the transaction to which they only tell me that the information is the same as that indicated by the movements and transactions that appear in my betmastermx account, not providing any more information that proves that the account to which the withdrawal was made is in my name or belongs to me, now why does my friend also have the same CLABE account with betmastermx casino? I think this is not just as awful as it looks. this is one of the decent casinos, based not just on others' experiences.

In my opinion, once the casino support recognizes they are dealing with the virtual card, they should not bother you with additional photos anymore.

When it comes to transaction history, I suggest you give your bank a call to discuss the out-of-ordinary bank statement. My bank, for example, allows me to create such a statement/transaction history in my banking app and then save it in the form of a .pdf. I would like to believe you too do not have to wait for the regular banking statement. However, asking your bank specifically is recommended. Can you try that, please?

I think they steal without any shame and they steal from 10 thousand pesos to whatever they want... what a dirty way of acting from a page like this that should be for the entertainment of the people who are paying for a service which is not fulfilled when it comes to paying the profits.

They should lower their rating since many of the positive comments they have are from new users who have never won amounts above 5 thousand pesos and retired because when you win more is when you realize that they are only deceiving you by instantly paying low amounts.

The support does not help users, they only help themselves by keeping their profits confiscated. In fact, I think they do not even have the capacity to unblock withdrawals... but they are there to request unnecessary documents and other things that happen to them so they do not release withdrawals.

You mention something about documents and that they ask unnecessary things from you, so you go through verification? It's quite common in casinos that a player has to be verified before he can withdraw money.

Regarding the rating or safety index, leave it to us, we have a process for lowering it and the complaint is one of them. When it is proven that we are on your side and the casino will not try to resolve anything, then it will change. 

So let's see what happens next and how the whole verification thing goes because from what I understand so far, it's not over and you won't get your money until it is.

I have been well advised and what they are asking for is completely illegal; it violates privacy protection even if third parties have an account with them and even if you send me TRANSFERS, it is not justified.
