If you want to discuss anything related to Betlive Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello, nice to meet you here for the first time.
I'm glad you picked up this question, because this is the most common misunderstanding, eventhough it is obviously a bad experience, however, without further details. Can you tell us whether the casio tried to explain the delay to you? What happened, please?
The rating is a single number telling you how likely you will be paid by the casino, based on key factors my colleagues investigate.
Unfortunately, the Safety Index does not indicate how quickly each player will be paid. Those kinds of user experience information are mostly available on the forum or in the user feedback. Verified cases can be found in complaints.
Additionally, as you can see, this thread is almost empty, and the casino currently faces just two complaints about delayed payments, which is not something extraordinary. So, this is a rather new situation, at least for us.
That's the point, though; the casino will face consequences in case it does not participate in resolving your complaints.
Thus, you made a very reasonable step by submitting the complaint and I wish the matter would get resolved.
Feel free to add any details for the others, please.
Hi,
There arent any explanations provided from the casinos end. Its mostly automated messages that prolongue the withdrawal. Usually they reply: "We didnt receive the payment list, contact us in the afternoon" I contact them in the afternoon and the reply is " We do not have any more information at the moment". This is how the conversation goes daily.
Regarding your Safety Index. If the casino is not approving withdrawals in a timely manner, that means the casino is waiting for the player to cancel his withdrawal and play the funds and eventually loose them which is considered luring. This tactic should not be allowed with a casino that has as Safety index of 8.8 - that is 1.2 less then the maximum!
In total you have 2 complaints? You mean the active ones. Why are you not counting the closed ones? From the complaints you can see that the casino is constantly delaying the withdrawals which gave you hint that casino is doing suspicious patterns of abusing the withdrawal time.
Explain to me, is it normal to wait for a withdrawal 2(two) weeks?
Account is fully verified
Hi.
"We didnt receive the payment list; contact us in the fternoon." Well, in my opinion, this is quite ridiculous... Of course it is not normal to let a player wait two weeks with such responses.
Under such circumstances, I do understand you very likely do not approve of the Safety Index value, but I believe I explained the metric.
More to say, unless such situations are not investigated through the complaints, there is no way to measure the severity of the problem.
Since the Safety index is not primarily about withdrawal efficiency but about whether the casino even pays out, resolved complaints have no impact; however, there is the matter of withdrawal limits. I'll get to it later.
Let me put it this way: we are not able to measure the withdrawal efficiency based on forum posts. There will always be some complications in every casino; that's why we recommend players not to focus on one stand-alone number, which does not include this efficiency, but also browse the complaints and the forum.
I'm perfectly aware of the flaws of this system; we just do not have any better.
Also, the stalling tactics are something we can't fight with unless the complaint takes place and the casino keeps stalling. It is sad, but that's the reality.
On the other hand, if the complaint gets submitted and the payout is slow without reasonable explanation, my colleagues compare the real payout rate with the withdrawal limits and push the casino to pay out accordingly.
It is a very delicate methodology, and I'm trying to be completely honest with you. Let me know if I missed something or if you want to know more about the processes.
I'll be here.
My overall experience has been pretty bad. Aside from being limited very quickly, the withdrawals have been completely chaotic. The first one stopped me almost two months after contacting them a thousand times, and the second, which took almost a month, ended up costing me more than €20 less than what I had withdrawn! I contacted the chat, and they told me those were their terms and conditions (when it says they charge a maximum of €5 in fees). They don't even know where their nerves are coming from when you ask them; the fact is, they pay out much less than the amount you withdraw.
They are scammers
Hello,
it is pretty sad that you ignored the complaint because my colleagues were ready to investigate; however, the player needs to play his part too. Would you mind updating the complaint regarding the excessive fees, perhaps?
If you say they are scammers, help us prove it. 🙏
