Hi, I may be wrong, but I think your situation is different. In your case, they didn't ban your account instantly like they did with me. I sent my documents and they closed my account with the excuse of money laundering

Hello, I have been playing at this casino for months and the withdrawals I made were the minimum 500. Basically do the conventional thing like in any casino, read the terms and conditions of the casino, you know that some casinos do not allow multi-account VPN or game strategies, etc. If you do not have problems with that I do not think you will have problems, at least I did not have them at the beginning, do your KYC verification which is what they will ask you for no matter what
remember that the withdrawals at least for me took between 7 -15 days
So don't despair
As for my case, every message I sent them via email has the same response that I was accused of money laundering, which is illogical for the amount of money I was playing with. But Casino Guru support sent me a message a week ago to send them the data I sent to the casino, I guess they will verify it if it is real (it is 100% legit). I just want them to verify it since as I mentioned before, I was referred by a "streamer". Basically, I want more proof that I didn't actually commit any "crime" so I can complain to the guy since I basically trusted him, that's why I didn't hesitate to deposit money, but it turned out that he was advertising a scam casino that was just waiting for me to have more money in the account to scam me
Oh ok so my account is apparently all verified (passport/utility bill and bank card) that was the first thing I did so I’m going to attempt to just withdraw £500 at a time. Was you able to take out more than the 250% deposit ? Thanks
i have deposited £1000 and won £7000 off my first bet. After seeing all these comments I can’t see myself getting it. Do you think I’ll be able to get £2500 from £500’s individually done then deposit another £1000 x1 wager (would I just have to place the bet at something like 1/10 or does x1 mean £2000 return? Then try and withdraw another £2500? So stupid the 250% rule what’s the point in having another over 2/1 odds
I'm sorry, but this casino has a really low safety index, as you can see, and it is better to avoid it, for sure.
Or did you play at the other one, perhaps? Unfortunately, not much better rating there.
Did you bet on sports, by any way, or played some casino games?
Yh I wish I played elsewhere now, yes only sports betting. At the moment I haven’t had any bad experiences only what I see here I do have a pending withdrawal but it’s only been 48 hours so we shall see
Hi perch , did you withdraw quite abit over your 250% in the end ? I’m in £1000.00 and have £7000.00 in the account now with £500.00 pending from 2 days ago
My latest email from them is apparently if my deposits is higher (I did £1000.00) which is double the withdrawal limit (don’t know that at the time) surely it shows to them I’m able to deposit large amounts and doesn’t make sense for me to deposit anymore until my withdrawals have been paid.
Hi Jake.
it’s something fairly new this regarding one withdrawal at a time. You have to wait till it’s approved now.
Not sure how much I’ve deposited in total but I’ve had £2500 from them In 5 payments.
not much you can do now until your first one is approved, just hang in there and try not to give it back to them
You’ll definitely get some of it.
STOP using them. I won and managed £2500 in withdraws. Then had £7,000 pending and met the deposit requirements. My account was verified and they then asked me to verify again via email. They then closed my account with the money in and said i failed the KPA checks. They are a scum casino
Ok I’ll just do 1 at a time then. Hopefully I can at least get £2500 from them
Yep won’t be using again I think that could happen to me that’s if I get the £2500 which is 250% of my deposit then I’ll likely lose the rest not in bets as I’m not placing anymore with them I know they want me to use it. How much did you end up depositing with them to get your £2500 and how long from start to finish did it take ? Thanks for replying
Just please be careful with this casino and surely do not deposit anything more there. Also, please keep us informed about any updates regarding your withdrawal.
They have changed the t@cs regarding withdrawals. So now you can only have withdrawal request at a time , you have to wait till that's approved before requesting another withdrawal. They have reduced the minimum limit to £250 though. Just seems like another way for the to make sure you keep playing money you would normally withdraw.
I noticed this aswel, I’ve withdrawn £500 but it’s pending going to be polite and keep trying to withdraw till they tell me I can I’ve already explained to them that I’m not depositing until my withdrawals go through. I have £7000 in there
