Betfoxx withdrawal and support fraud (page 28)

They verified all my documents on their website a couple days ago and said it was successful and said my withdrawal will be processed soon and when I asked them on timeframe they’ve aired my emails, they was quick to respond to ones on verifying now it’s time to withdraw seems to be a lack of communication again

From the experience of other players you can see that it doesn't go very fast but the fact that you have proven yourself is a step forward and I believe that you will also get the money. But it will take patience, even if it is not pleasant at times, but that's the way it is. 

If nothing happens and you don't get the money, let us know and we will try to help.

So today is a week since I received one approved withdrawal from them. I haven't received anymore and yesterday was 15 working days for two of my pending withdrawals, so they aren't sticking to their t&C's I've been emailing and speaking to live chat but keep getting the same answers " we are working very hard to approve your withdrawals", I emailed twice yesterday stating the timeframe for withdrawal requests according to their t&C's but they never replied.

I would have thought that once you got one withdrawal it would have been quicker, but apparently it's not going to be.

I'm just a bit worried that they will find an excuse to not pay out and close my account if I go down that route. I think it's a cunning plan they have so that players will cancel withdrawals to play which I have stupidly, and now stopped winning anything. I still have 3k pending and was hoping to have most of it approved by now

I don't think il see the money. My "source of wealth" is benefits, I have 2 bank accounts one I use for daily spending and the other I use for gambling. I don't have any recent utility bills either. Why they are asking for more proof of address and cards when my account is already verified.

For 10 mins effort it's probably worth giving it a go, if you don't you won't see your cash for sure. As for being on benefits that shouldn't be a problem just send them 1 months bank statement in pdf and see

It's the utility bill, the one I had that verified my account was only just in date I don't have another utility bill recent enough.

You can send a bank statement they want proof of address just send first page with those details

On the other hand, I see that they are asking you for documents for additional verification, so you will have to pass it successfully to get the money.

So try to do that, I see that another player is advising you and we'll see how it goes.

So I managed to get everything they asked for and emailed it all this morning, so we will see how long it takes now.
