So today is a week since I received one approved withdrawal from them. I haven't received anymore and yesterday was 15 working days for two of my pending withdrawals, so they aren't sticking to their t&C's I've been emailing and speaking to live chat but keep getting the same answers " we are working very hard to approve your withdrawals", I emailed twice yesterday stating the timeframe for withdrawal requests according to their t&C's but they never replied.

I'm just a bit worried that they will find an excuse to not pay out and close my account if I go down that route. I don't think il see the money. My "source of wealth" is benefits, I have 2 bank accounts one I use for daily spending and the other I use for gambling. I don't have any recent utility bills either. Why they are asking for more proof of address and cards when my account is already verified.

For 10 mins effort it's probably worth giving it a go, if you don't you won't see your cash for sure. As for being on benefits that shouldn't be a problem just send them 1 months bank statement in pdf and see
