I would set it up at least to lower the casino's safety index even more and thus help other players to not go to such a casino to play anymore.

Yes of course, I have about 1600 euros in my betflip account, and they have removed the option to withdraw, since I have to have the account verified, I sent my documents to the indicated support by email, and it took them 2 weeks to respond, they accept all the documents except one, the address, and they ask me to send it in English, I am from Spain and it is impossible for me to do it in English, then I get it in English and they reject it again and give me another excuse, in total I have been waiting for half a month to be verified to be able to withdraw my winnings, and there is no one on that page to tell me anything, never play there since they will keep the money you deposit and the money you win.

I'm also from Spain, and I had the exact same problem as you. I hope your situation has a happy ending, but unfortunately, I'm afraid it won't.

They blocked my account and kept 1,300 euros. Nothing I could do.

I also completed the document verification process in English. All successfully.

But whenever I requested a withdrawal, they always denied it the next day and made up a thousand excuses, such as that there was a lot of demand for withdrawals and I should try again a few hours later. And so it went on forever until they blocked me and stole my money.

Don't worry, I only deposited 100 euros, it's a considerable amount but hey, they're not going to smell one more euro of mine, and of that money that's in the account I've put it all into a bet and I've lost it and I'm glad because as I know I'll never have it, give that money back and one less problem on my mind, that's if I myself have deleted the account of that scammer casino and I hope they throw it off the web soon because they only scam

This is a tricky situation, and I am glad that you didn't deposit much to this casino.

Their safety index is really low, and as you can see, they don't reply to complaints either, so if your complaint ends up as unresolved, the safety index will go even lower, and hopefully everyone will think twice about playing there.
