It happened to me the same way it happened to everybody else. Over the course of 4 months I have deposited over 1.700,00€ on BetFlip.io, exclusively using my Visa.

I agree with you. The most important question is why the casino is doing this. I have already asked this question in several emails, the first one being 2 weeks ago.
The first time I made the withdrawal request, it was rejected within 24 hours. I contacted the chat service and their response was that due to the high number of withdrawals, mine had been automatically cancelled, and that I should try again after an hour.
That's what I did and the second withdrawal was also cancelled within 24 hours... All this was on February 20th. It's been 2 weeks now. And I have tried the withdrawal again 4 more times with different amounts and different methods in case that was the problem. In total there have been 6 withdrawal attempts and all have been rejected within 24 hours of requesting them.
From the chat they tell me that they don't know anything about the issue and that I should contact them by email... I tell them that I've been waiting for someone to give me an answer for 2 weeks and I've already sent several emails. I hope someone tells me a reason why they keep rejecting withdrawals and I still don't have my money.
I would like to point out again that if you contact them by email regarding any other matter that is not a withdrawal, they will reply within two or three days (I have proof of what I am saying) but in my case, with the withdrawal issue, it has already been 2 weeks.
I don't have any active bonus, and if that had been the reason, they would have given me that answer from the chat itself.
