Hello, I believe I understand what you are saying, but it is not very clear to me on what basis the casino detected those forbidden techniques.

May I ask you a few questions, perhaps?

Simply put, if we are discussing the manner in which you bet or switch between games without using a bonus, it doesn't seem like a real problem.

What specifically did the casino consider an issue? Are you aware of any tool to get an advantage over the house edge? Or did you aim to utilize low-risk play, perhaps?

Quite simply, there's no forbidden technique. They invented it to avoid paying out money. I don't know of any method that guarantees wins. This casino is a scam; look at all the reviews on Trustpilot—they're all negative. You won't get your money there.

Hello. I have the exact same problem like AK1982888 and many other players. I am not sure if I can file a complaint with Casino guru, because this is sportbetting related, but there are tons of complaints on trustpilot with the same problem. 90% of my bets are on top 5 leagues. There is no such thing as playing against the house edge. Radka - I don't know about the casino section, but Betbeast should not be 8,4 rated. You should take into consideration that plenty of players are being scammed for winnings from sports. Do you have any advice on what I should do. I refuse to let go of my winnings. They simply stole more than 1000 euros for madeup reasons

AskGamblers has become a useless site; I don't even know why they still exist. Every complaint, no matter how detailed, is rejected.

Why doesn't Casinoguru offer a sports betting section? The market is certainly larger than for casino games, and the demand and complaints regarding it are enormous.

And the biggest rip-offs by casinos happen in sports betting; that's where customers are most often cheated. This high rating for Betbeast is a nasty trap for anyone wanting to play there. People think it's a reputable casino because of the high rating from Casinoguru, but in reality, the provider doesn't pay out winnings. Trustpilot is full of negative reviews about this casino. As long as Casinoguru gives such corrupt casinos high ratings, I can no longer take Casinoguru seriously. That's why I also left a negative review for Casinoguru on Trustpilot.

I Completely agree with everything AK1982888 has to say. It's much harder to deal with offshose sites nowadays. Especially those with Anjouan license like Betbeast. They can do whatever they want and the only thing that helps is negative reviews and complaints. Unfortunately it's much harder to get attention from affiliate sites nowadays aswell. Askgamblers rejected my complaint aswell and told me to deal with the license holder..... I am going to try with Casinomeister as well

There are numerous examples of Betbeast customers who have been scammed regarding sports betting and haven't received their money; I'm just one example. Even if you don't have a sports betting section, how can you ignore these customer experiences and not include them in your casino reviews? The casino is undoubtedly not paying out thousands of customers correctly, as you can see on Trustpilot, and yet it still receives high ratings here. This is the biggest outrage I've ever seen. A customer who reads such a high rating naturally assumes the casino is reputable, which it definitely isn't. I was cheated out of €375, customer gandev out of €1080, and we're not the only ones. When will Casinoguru finally wake up?

AskGamblers immediately rejected my request and referred me to the authority that issued their license. AskGamblers seems to be indifferent to everything these days, but they did receive a negative review from me. AskGamblers then reported this negative review to Trustpilot for harmful content. Trustpilot disagreed and published my experience, prompting an offended response from AskGamblers. This site has been completely useless for quite some time now, and this needed to be said.

We don't have any way to investigate those situations, you know, and therefore are unable to really know what actually happened and if the casino was at fault.

And also we don't include user reviews in the overall casino review. It doesn't count in the safety index whatsoever, actually.

So, I don't think we need to wake up, as you indicated; our users just have to understand that the sports section of any online casino is not included in our reviews, and that's it.
