None, they don't allow withdrawals most of the times. Avoid playing there, sooner or later they will keep your winnings and money. Found somewhere else to play.

I used to play there back in the time and honestly everything used to be smooth. I did a several withdrawals and they used to accept my requests in less than 5 minutes

You got lucky. I have 2 friends that also couldn't withdraw. Worst casino we have ever tried was this one. An absolute nightmare. I can't stress enough to stay away from this place.

I have no intention of defending the casino, and I believe that betandyou is behaving unfairly towards these players, but I have to say that for me this casino is one of the most reliable. I waited a maximum of 10 minutes for each withdrawal to my skrill account.

Well, everyone has some different experiences, as we can see here, so do not worry at all to share yours at any time.

A fraudulent casino from top to bottom. I have three pending withdrawals of 500 each, for 8 days now, and no news from them. To top it all off, yesterday I won a soccer bet, and they haven't credited it to my account. In the chat, they just tell you they'll give me an answer, but they haven't even opened a ticket or claim. I haven't received anything about my case. Complaints are in vain. Since I'm a customer they don't care about, they're pestering me to stop me from playing on their site. Deposits: 500, withdrawals: 3,000, of which I only received the first 1,000. They keep the rest and refuse to pay. Run away from this casino and give them the publicity they deserve. They need to be kicked out of the market.

It's true, they don't accept winning players, only losers. If you have winnings, it's better if they're small and you've deposited more. As soon as they see you're winning more than you deposit, they'll seize your money and even block your account so you can't play anymore. Fraud. These people should be in prison.

There's no reason, they just tell you to wait. They do this to take advantage of people. After waiting 9 days, I decided to cancel the withdrawals and lost all my money in a matter of minutes. Incredible, covering 85% of the online roulette table, I kept drawing only the numbers I didn't have. It was a movie! My luck changed radically and never came back. I'm sure this was planned, not accidental. They're a mafia.

On the other hand, I still haven't received a response from the winning soccer bet they didn't pay me out after 5 days. They told me they would email me with a solution, but nothing. There's no solution, and no money has been deposited. DO NOT PLAY HERE. They steal your money without any dissimulation, right in front of your face. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PLAYERS WHO HAVE WINS. If you win, strange things will start happening to your account. Now I just want my soccer bet paid out, and after that, I will never enter this site again. There's no way to cancel my account; they will keep your information and bank cards for life.

I just filed another complaint in the chat, and here are your responses. Let me wait longer… that's the solution these thieves offer.

This is not good at all, then. Communication is the key, I believe, always.

But if you are not happy there, and as as I can see from your description, not lucky either, maybe it's better to move somewhere else. What do you say?

Hello, glad to see you engaged in this thread. When you say this casino is rather slow with withdrawals, what is your personal experience? Could you please share how long you had to wait for the money? Just to have some comparison.
