I had my account verified, no other pending withdrawls but they still cancelled my request then told me to do it again which I done yesterday so now have to wait another 4 or 5 days to see what happens this time.

It's the 3rd time I've been trying to withdrawl £200

They told me to clear cookies & cache on my Web browser and to use google chrome.

I done all of this and it still didn't work

They told me to try it again

Which I did and it still didn't work

Am now trying for a 3rd time have been waiting for a total of 13 days consecutively!.

Hmm , in that case I would probably think about filing a complaint. If this is the only advice they give you and it still doesn't work, then they should probably continue to deal with it and look for more successful solutions. If it doesn't and you don't know what to do, then a complaint is probably the best way to go.

Avoid this Casino. It's one of the worst. Problems everyday, deposits stolen, withdrawals not processed, winnings not paid... I am glad you got your money, Best thing you can do, is not play here ever again if you value your time and money

I wasn't so lucky. I got completely scammed by them. Avoid playing here, as you will get your money stolen and no one will be able to help you because they have a terrible license and customer support is the most incompetent out there. Play somewhere license by your country.

What payment method did you use to make your withdrawl.

I had no.luck with withdrawls using Visa method they kept cancelling the withdrawls.

I then tried via bank transfer option and it worked.
