The biggest rip-off there is. After losing endlessly, I finally had some fun and played 20 games each.

first session: 20 games, dealer has 19 x 10 or ACE as first card

second session 20 games, dealer has 17 x 10 or ace as card

third session 20 games dealer has 18 x 10 or ace as first card

This is a total rip-off. On top of that, I had a total of 16 x 12s and got 16 extra 10s.

When I then went to ALICE WNDERLUCK annoyed, I had made a total of 210 games yesterday at 1 EURO, compared to winnings of 22.50 EURO and NOT A SINGLE FREE SPIN

So I can fool myself on my own. After I almost smashed the laptop in anger, I finally gave up in frustration...

The quick payouts are of no use to me if there is nothing to pay out

I feel like they don't come up that often on Pragmatic, or you get them pretty quickly. I've seen both.

As for blackjack, that's a mystery. I've had the honor of playing it several times in person, and I had pretty much the same impression. Sometimes I lost even when I had 20. That was unthinkable for me. But it's a game where the player basically has the best chance of winning.

It's constantly being claimed that the finance department has to process a large number of withdrawals manually and in order. Now, six days have passed and nothing is happening! Furthermore, the managers haven't been reachable for six days; they keep saying there's a problem with the system and that they'll get back to me. I've never had this problem before. I've had so many withdrawals that were in my account within three hours. Something's definitely wrong right now... It's only €550 that I would deposit again anyway to play, but not on this site! Last week, the provider was removed from the lists of several streamers, and they were warned not to deposit due to the current withdrawal situation. I only saw this warning the day before yesterday... They keep telling me that the finance department has so many withdrawal requests that they can't keep up. I don't believe that, though!

Instead, they admitted there are technical problems and thus withdrawals have been piling up. I can imagine those two pieces of information are related, and that this is the most common reason for delays we read about on the forum, for example. Imagine the casino's payout system, which eventually depends on 3rd party payment providers, is in technical trouble. What you described looks really close to what I would expect as a result. 😐So, I understand that it's not ok for you, and I hope the casino will soon resolve this problematic situation. I see; it's certainly not pleasant. The casino may still have a problem with the payment system and do things manually, which still could delay payouts. It's not easy to accept but the casino needs to fix that in the first place.

Thank you for the update. I see some others may find themselves in a similar situation; thus, I'm very interested in seeing if a possible concrete update or response is coming from the casino. I'd say we can all agree that radio silence usually works against the casino, which makes sense. Without reasonable explanation, we look for alternatives.
