Hello, the casino said I had violated the Max Bet rule, which is hidden in the terms and conditions.
In my opinion this is a trap for every player and all winnings were confiscated.

Nevertheless, there is still a chance to file a complaint with an authority, as you have been advised to do in your complaint.

A no deposit bonus maybe? And from this bonus you have won the money. Is that correct? To withdraw your winnings they have asked you to make a deposit.
