Try this, ask for a more detailed answer, also, if they closed your account for bonus abuse, why did they asked for KYC afterwards? When an account is closed for bonus abuse, the decision is final and no further action is required

With such traffic you said you made, your account might simply look suspicious by any means. One anybody uses the same IP address, the same payment option uses a similar email address, and so on, the system can flag the accounts as suspicious.

Are you sure no one from your household is playing in the same casino? You would be surprised how often it causes issues. You know, the bonus abuse might not be caused by your affiliate activities at all.

Have you taken any bonuses, while playing?

Being accused of bonus abuse means you probably took bonuses you were not entitled to.

Ask the casino for further explanation if they fail to explain - come back and submit a complaint.

Yea pretty much. I lost when I should of won because of the match and then when I won a week later they just stole my money
