I personally experienced what I now consider to be a scam. After depositing and playing normally on BC.Game, I decided to withdraw my balance in USDT (Tether). The withdrawal was submitted successfully, and I expected it to be processed within the normal timeframe stated by the casino.

However, after initiating the withdrawal:

  • I was told that withdrawals are processed in a queue and may take time.
  • Shortly after, my account was suddenly locked despite being fully verified.
  • The support team claimed that I had violated their Terms and Conditions, but they refused to provide evidence or specific details.
  • While my deposits had always been accepted without issue, the moment I attempted to withdraw, my account was blocked and my funds confiscated.


Support Responses

The customer support chat offered little help. Instead of resolving the issue, they repeated vague statements about "violating rules" and "protecting the integrity of the platform." When I asked what exact rule I had broken, no explanation was given.

Effectively, my withdrawal was denied, my account was disabled, and my funds were stolen.


Why This Is a Scam

  • Deposits are accepted instantly, but withdrawals are blocked without proof of wrongdoing.
  • Accusations of "violating Terms and Conditions" are used as an excuse to confiscate player balances.
  • Support fails to provide transparency or evidence, leaving players powerless.


The company hides behind offshore registration in Belize and a questionable license from Anjouan.


Conclusion

BC.Game presents itself as a licensed, transparent, and fair crypto casino. However, my experience proves otherwise. By locking accounts and withholding legitimate withdrawals, BC.Game operates no differently than a scam website.

Players are strongly advised to avoid depositing funds into this platform, as your money may never be returned once you try to withdraw.

I am filing this complaint against BC.Game for unfair and misleading handling of my bonus winnings.

I received a bonus of ₹11,917.25 with a 15x rollover requirement. Before playing, I clearly confirmed with BC.Game live support that all winnings earned from the bonus would be fully withdrawable after completing the wagering requirement. Based on this confirmation, I continued wagering in good faith.

I successfully completed the full rollover of ₹178,758.87, and my bonus balance increased to approximately ₹3,33,000. However, immediately after the rollover status changed to "Completed," BC.Game removed all my winnings and allowed withdrawal of only the original bonus amount. This was never clearly communicated beforehand and directly contradicts what their live support agent told me.

I have screenshots as proof of the live support conversation, rollover completion, and account balances. Despite contacting BC.Game multiple times, they keep giving vague explanations about "profit caps" without showing any clear rule that justifies removing my legitimate winnings after full rollover completion.

This is a clear case of misleading bonus terms, lack of transparency, and unfair confiscation of player funds. I completed all wagering requirements honestly, and my winnings should not have been removed.

Based on what you describe, it is quite possible that this is exactly what happened and that a cap is applied when the bonus is completed or when you make a withdrawal. Before and during wagering, I explicitly confirmed the withdrawal conditions with BC.Game’s live support agent, Winslow. Agent Winslow clearly assured me in writing that all winnings earned from the bonus would be fully withdrawable after completing the wagering requirements. I have clear screenshots of this live chat as evidence.

After completing the rollover, instead of receiving my rightful winnings of over ₹3,33,000, BC.Game removed my winnings and left only the original bonus amount withdrawable. This action directly contradicts the written assurances given by their own support agent Winslow and is misleading, unfair, and non-transparent.

I fully understand that bonuses can have cashout limits. However, in this case, I relied on incorrect and misleading information provided by the casino’s official support agent, which directly caused my financial loss. If a cashout cap applied, it should not have been contradicted by live support.
