the answers are artificial in nature and always the same (we will send a reminder to the financial department) while they respond to emails (your request no. ****** has been taken into consideration)
every time they tell me it takes 3-5 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday.
It's a shame that almost three weeks have passed and the answers are still the same.
