Yes account is fully verified tonight they have claimed they sent the funds without any proof supporting that they could not provide me with proof and to wait the 10 days if nothing then contact again . It’s strange they claim the whole amount has been processed but I was told with my first withdrawal before they closed my account their daily limit is $4000 AUD apparently .

I was told I would receive contact from a manager but haven’t heard a thing , is it strange they won’t show me any proof of withdrawal ? Yeah they refuse to send any transactions or proof , they took back what they said yesterday and said that 4000 AUD was sent . I can’t believe what they say because their story changes every day their live support say different things and when ever I’ve caught them out they apologise and change what they say . It took me 5 days for them to supposedly process that payment . I guess I’ll sit back and wait the time frame out , thank you it would be greatly appreciated 😊

Clearly that's probably the best you can do. Of course, if nothing happens, keep yourself informed about your withdrawal and also update the complaint when you have something new. 

Regarding the withdrawal and the $4000, I am not surprised because that is the limit we have listed on our website, so as we expected, the casino will not send such a large amount at once.

If you take a bonus and then deposit, you have deposited your money, but it applies to the bonus you took. That's how I understood it from your previous post. 

If you deposited but the money doesn't relate to the bonus, then I would disagree that the casino reduced your winnings, but there's no indication of that.

Also, I have a feeling that you are also admitting and describing that you got free spins and had wagering on them, so it is related to the bonus. Therefore, I sense that once you say you played with real money, then you say you got free spins with wagering, so I don't understand it very well. 🙁

Also in your first screenshot of the email you have clearly explained how to proceed. 

It says: "Please, order an entire sum for withdrawal, as any further winnings gained from this sum will be counted as gained from the bonus and be subject to void."

So as soon as you complete the bonus, you need to withdraw the money, because anything more you accumulate with the money will be voided.

Okay now let's talk about the situation in this casino. This situation you described is very clear to me. You deposited money and got a bonus that had wagering. While you were playing you got free spins in the game from which you won such a high amount, but it is still related to the bonus. Just because you wagering the bonus and you got free spins from which you won does not mean that you won real money.
