Yeah, they won't answer to me either. I have sent multiple emails and all I've received is one message last friday that said "Biometric and Source of Wealth is missing and failed". Nothing else. Terrible customer service...

I also made my first withdrawal request last Tuesday, 9 days ago. They have cancelled it several times citing that the documents are insufficient. However, I have resubmitted the request each time, most recently on Monday. They haven't cancelled it yet.
I sent them an email yesterday with all of the documents again. Still no response.
