Based on the screenshot, only VIP members or players with higher account levels may hold larger balances. Have you consulted its terms, for instance?

Also, where did you get the deposit amount you need to add? I would definitely reply to that message, asking for an explanation. 🤷‍♀️

For the first glympse, it sounds silly, hence, further explanation would be in order.

Can you try that?

So according to what it says in the screenshot it should be a verification deposit since you are going to withdraw for the first time which should be fine. Of course if you are not sure you can check with support and ask them.

What do you think ?

Hello.

I went through your complaint briefly to find out the matter, because the verification deposit is needed when at the same time your balance can't be increased to the limit reached. Did I get it correctly, please?

Usually, the initial verification deposit is needed in advance to verify your preferred payment option, which you may also use for the withdrawal.

The casino needs to sync your account with this payment option through the verification deposit. I also spotted that you could probably use some help understanding the KYC procedure. I'd like to help with that a bit.

It is an account verification, where the KYC shortcut means "Know Your Customer":

For now, it's enough to understand that verification is the most crucial step because once it's marked as completed, that customer has a fully approved account. Their name, surname, home address, and age (through birthday) have been checked and verified. As many casinos will require an ID with a photo or sometimes even a selfie, the operator often has a photograph of the customer.

However, I'd also like to make this information available to others:

"We strongly advise against depositing any more money into Ace of Casino. From our perspective, it appears to be a fraudulent casino."

For now, I would wait for the complaint to progress further. 🙏

I am waiting, but I have already made a deposit with them. Not sure why I would have to make another one. Thanks for the kyc info, I actually just got verified by another casino and it didn't cost me a dime

They told me I could not play anymore until I made a withdrawal but they want me to make a second deposit before I can make first withdraw. As you can see my winnings total over four hundred thousand dollars yet they want 58 dollars first

Hello. It doesn't seem to me all right, that they asked for another deposit, despite you have already done one before. Have you use the same payment method for both, deposit and the withdrawal, I wonder? 🤔 Just thinking maybe if you use some different payment method, it could be the reason they ask for another deposit. Not saying that is actually that case, though.

In order to get verified at the casinos, the deposit may be needed due to the necessity of withdrawal, and is not meant to be understood as a fee for the KYC.

Have you actually asked the support, what is the $58 for? Unfortunately, without an explanation from them, we can't judge whether the request really makes any sense. Try also to do as Radka advised in her post above, and wait for the complaint to go further. 🙏 I think you need to be really careful here.

Hello & thanks for listening. I've read other complaints regarding "Ace of Casino" & mine is pretty much the same complaints. I have multiple withdrawals pending which total approx. $15,000 plus $336 that I didn't withdrawal or play further bc I do believe they are scamming people & I'm not giving them any more money. I pd the initial $58 to be able to "withdrawal my money after it reached $1000. Thought it strange that it was so easy to win. You can easily win $600 or more in a matter of 10 minutes. When I questioned the lady on chat about payment she said I would need to pay an additional $30 to become a Silver Member & then my funds would be paid within 30min. I paid the $30 & never received my funds. The money we are depositing is going to a PayPal Account under a women's name. I keeping trying to reach CHAT & have emailed Support but neither answers. I'm hoping you are able to help us trusting folks who fell into their trap and I hope that we can all get monies due us. These people need to be stopped & held accountable. Again thank you.

Greetings, regarding the casino itself and the information about it, I would say that it was not the best choice to play here. Have you seen the safety index which is quite low along with the warnings ?

As for your situation and withdrawals, I see that you had to deposit twice to withdraw money and to get to the silver member. How long has this whole process been going on that you haven't received any money ? I also see that they don't answer your emails or chat, which is certainly not nice.

So let me know some more additional information and we will see what can be done.

I have noticed similar casinos with same structures. How does Facebook allow this on their platform and how does PayPal stay involved in this deception

I have never been asked to pay, I have given bank info but never had to pay for it

I also thought it was weird it was so easy too win so I made multiple accounts and even had my gf make one and easily won over 1,000 up too 6,000 in just seconds until they stop you and ask you too deposit money in order too withdrawal or too continue playing …. This site is 100% a scam!

Hello. Sorry to tell you, but if the other platforms do not know about these fraudulent activities, they won't do anything about it. So probably the best thing is to let them know, what do you say? I can see now, that more players from this casino have similar issues, so it would be the best to report it, and no one can do it, only those players experiencing these issues.
