It’s just still pending, I only did it on the 2/02/24 so they keep telling me it’s still within the 7-10 business days, so the fiannce team told me my winnings will go to a certain bank account I gave them with my bank statement I supplied them
I don't think there is any need to be negative yet as you have only just made your withdrawal recently. I see that the verification was successful, so now you will have to be patient and I firmly believe that you will get the money.

I assume you have been waiting for this money for quite a long time. Are you still in contact with the casino and have you had any updates from them regarding your money ?
I have been nagging them every 3 hours via automated emails. They respond with the same responses for the most part.
