I made a deposit with the 100% First Deposit Bonus and 50 Free Spins Bonus, but for some unknown reason, when I turned the slot, I was blocked from playing. お金が残っているのに遊べないなら、早急に返金して欲しいです。

I contacted Casino Guru. They couldn't resolve the issue for me either. I've sent at least 15 emails to 777onfire, no response for 2 months now. Before that everything went smoothly, I never had any problems, there was always someone in the live chat. I don't know what to do now.
